The Extreme and Thrilling Dangers of Scuba Diving

Have you ever been scuba diving or perhaps seen pictures of it? It is an amazing opportunity that should be on everyone’s bucket list. When most people look out at the ocean, they think of how beautiful it is. Although the ocean is marvelous on the outside, they’re only looking at the outside. The inside is when it really takes your breath away. When scuba diving, you are given the chance to swim in one of the world’s glories -- the ocean. The views of the majestic, unique, and extraordinary landforms, ships, and animals are extremely amazing and breath taking.

A thing to consider is the difference between scuba diving and snorkeling. Snorkeling is out of a snorkel (where the name comes from) and they skim the surface of the water. Scuba diving is deep underwater exploring. You breath usually compressed air so you have longer endurance and don’t have to return to the surface until your air runs low. Going deep underwater where water is very pressurized and air is limited makes scuba diving an extremely more dangerous activity. Although scuba diving can be very dangerous, to some the danger gives extreme divers a thrill.

There are many diving spots throughout the world that are extremely dangerous. These are places where people have lost their lives diving in.
