SWOT analysis is an acronym that stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats. This is a careful assessment of an organization’s strengths to avail an opportunity by overcoming its weaknesses and phasing out all he threats to its persistence in order to grow and survive. 3.1.1 Strengths:
• Branch is centralized with regional office through online system.
• Branch is provided with latest online software named T24 which is only purchased with complete features by Allied bank.

• Branch is fully equipped with latest computer systems printer scanner and fax machine and also with heavy generator and UPS, which enables fast and smooth working and reduce 4ques of customer.
• Branch computer systems are centralized with BSM system all entries made by BSO or head taller are first authorized by BSM then any other action will be proceeds. This reduces the chance of error.

3.1.2 Weaknesses:
• Branch is located near industrial hub no visits are made by BDM for approaching more business account in the branch.

• Nepotism was observed on part of the manger as well as the top management towards some staff members.
• The organization is very much mechanistic and provides no flexibility to encourage creativity.
