The results came back that the house is not livable due to mold infestation. The mold is in the walls, ceiling, basement, and air vents. Ms. Pettis has spoken with Ms. Smith and Ms. Rachel Rodgers about Ms. Smith moving ASAP. Ms. Pettit stated that Tri-County could place Ms. Smith into a group home now due to her home being deemed unlivable. Vicki, I spoke to Lisa and she refused the offer for an Assisted Living long term move; in addition to the room size, the rooms in ASL were not inviting enough. As per Lisa, she does her mother’s pill box, Ms. Shilling eats all of the groceries that she brings in weekly, Ms. Shilling is clean and free of odor and Lisa does her laundry. Lisa is not concern about her mother’s falls, she feels she will fall wherever she is. Essentially, Lisa feels her mother is not at the point to move to ASL at this time.
He stated he has a family of four members looking for a 3 or 4 bedrooms. I spoke with a landlord who stated

It is very important that you are communicating with your case manager in the event that you are not able to pay a utility, so that they can provide you with resources to resolve the issue before it becomes a disconnect
I’m writing you because I would like to request for a roommate change regarding a particular person named Jacob Mackey. Jacob Mackey and I have past encounters that were not so good. He falsely impersonated my friends , and have a severe obsession with me. I’m very intimidated by him, in which being his roommate will create a lot of tension between the both of us. Moreover, if I am roommate(s) with him, I will be extremely concerned my about safety and security. For this reason, I kindly requesting to have a roommate change immediately. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please email me.
During the landlord meeting we discussed how to improve customer service and John F. and Alvin developed a short curriculum for role playing. Nancy and I discussed including HCEC admins and reception staff along with RA staff to be trained in customer service. Diana Brooks is no longer on the table due to cost and the minimum number of participants would have to be 15 - 18. I shared my MI/Customer Service PP with Nancy and I didn't know if you wanted to review it with the group.
As a student manger in the residential hall I worked with four residential assistants to create life skills programs for the 150 residents.
My search for housing began only six weeks after I had packed my entire life up and moved from New Hampshire to JMU. Thankfully my sister is currently a senior here at JMU so she knew how important it was to sign a lease quickly because of how fast the housing complexes fill up. According to the Best College Rankings from US News and World Report, 13 percent of the students live in college owned, operated or affiliated housing and 87 percent of students live off campus at James Madison University (“James Madison…”). Since so many students live off campus, my friends and I decided that we were not going to live in the dorms again next year so we
for families who need assistance in entrenched support services and housing access. Why exactly would one want to invest government regulated taxes on one of these programs? Joe is a confident young man whose journey began at Sound Community, as a per diem member of the work crew. I failed to imagine, that his calm, welcoming, polite, and friendly aura, recently blossomed from the seed of “incompetency,” as he refers. Joe expresses his desire to learn, and is driven by the passion to excel. “I am eager to acquire the skills necessary to obtain a career, in order to achieve financial independence. A peer mentioned the open work crew position, and I graciously applied,” Joe stated with confidence. “For me, the work crew is encouraging, because I’m provided the opportunity to acquire, partake, and practice new skills; while gaining proficiency.” I interpreted this statement twofold; first the skills to promote him

Housing is one of the most pressing issues facing communities today. It effects practically all demographics, especially students, minorities, and low-income workers. College towns are often face the toughest challenges, with many students experiencing an extremely high cost of living. Without a detailed housing plan drafted by community members there is no chance of improving the conditions of housing or their related expenditures. So, what should be done about housing in college towns? How can we hope to provide for a municipality’s citizens while keeping costs down? Can neighboring institutions and cities assist or should they give communities the autonomy to improve themselves? The answers, I hope, will be found within the rest of this essay.
We have been friends since were small, I know we planned so many things when were in Sri Lanka. When we came to America we became roommates as well. Now that we are roommates I have some concerns, mainly the problem is that you don’t help me cook and also clean the place and the other reason is that you bring too many friends over and party when we both have exams and also you tell to many things to your mother about what happens here.
