Romeo is to blame for Juliet’s and his own death, because when he was banned from Verona, he could have found someone else in Mantua. Romeo obsessed over Juliet and they fell in love with each other the same night they met, they got engaged the same night they met after only knowing each other for about ten minutes. The fact that Romeo was a Montague and Juliet was a Capulet made matters even worse because the two families were in an ongoing rivalry. When Romeo found Juliet unconscious and he thought she was actually dead, he should not have killed himself, he should have mourned for a while, then Juliet would wake up soon after to find Romeo still alive, but Romeo drank the poison and died quickly after. Juliet wakes up to find Romeo dead,
I read the story of Romeo and Juliet and also watched the movies including them in it. I feel like whenever Juliet drank that drink to make her sleep and people thought she was dead that it wasn’t her fault for Romeo killing himself by drinking the poison. That wasn’t Juliet’s fault, someone should have told him that she were asleep instead of really thinking she was dead. Nothing would’ve ever happened if Romeo knew she drank something to make her sleep. Whenever Romeo drank the poison after seeing Juliet laying there she woke up to him killing himself so after he was dead she grabbed his dagger and stabbed herself and she died with him.
Romeo also played a part in his death, as did Juliet in hers. Obviously it was them who each made the final decision to poison and stab themselves, but there were other things that they did to make the situation worse. They decided that they were in

In ¨The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet¨,there seems to be the question of who seems most responsible for the deaths in Romeo and Juliet? I’ve come to the idea that it is the prince, Escalus who caused or atleast could’ve stopped these deaths from ever starting to unfold. He was so anonymous of every problem happening and never took charge of the situation until it concluded. He had to ask of benvolio”who began this bloody fray” when Mercutio and Tybalt were dead. He never had men prepared of any casualties that could happen or any men on patrol so no fight broke out in the first place.

Another important detail is that Friar Laurence it might have ended the feud between the two families they always fighting with each other. The third detail important to the play is that he should have never given Juliet the sleeping drug to make her fake her own death. Within every tragic ending, lies at least one or more accomplice. In the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, many things happen that involve many different people, so it could be hard to pinpoint one person to blame for the deaths of the two young lovers Romeo and Juliet. Romeo, Benvolio, and the Capulet and Montague ancestors are to blame. Romeo is to blame because he acts rashly and does not think things through. Benvolio is at fault because he encourages Romeo to go to a Capulet party where he meets the love of his life. Romeo and Juliet's ancestors are also to blame because they created the feud that resulted in the lover’s tragic end. With so many people playing a part in the relationship, putting the blame on one person is difficult.

Another cause of Romeo’s demise had to be himself. He did not think rationally of outcomes that varied from his death. He thought only of being with Juliet, and, had he not drank the poison, he would have lived to see Juliet once more. “Well, Juliet, I will lie with thee tonight. Let’s see for means. O mischief, thou art swift to enter in the thoughts of desperate men!” (Romeo 5.1.36-38)

The first mistake that Friar Laurence made was to agree to marry the two in secret and without the permission of their parents. The next bad advice he gave, was when he instructed Juliet to fake her own death. The last wrong thing was giving the message for Romeo to an unreliable messenger. If any of these events did not take place, their deaths could’ve been avoided.
Romeo should have known better to not go to the Capulet party. If he did not go to the party then he would not have fell in love with Juliet so quick.
