The roles and responsibilities of this Administrative Assistant Position are a wide array of duties. This includes being responsible for Ryan and Derek’s calendars, scheduling any request needed, fielding phone calls, creating spreadsheets and power points, e mailing information to the center, creating and executing events, welcoming and directing visitors, filing expense reports, scheduling travel when needed, filing and data entry, updating monthly recognition, ordering supplies for the center and any other need Oakland may have. I am interested in this position for many reasons.
