Dr Herbert Vere Evatt was born on the 30th of April 1894 in East Maitland, NSW to parents publican John Evatt and his wife Jeanie Evatt. “Bert” as he was nicknamed, was the fifth of eight sons. John, Bert’s father died when Herbert was seven leaving him to play a major role in the upbringing of his three younger brothers. Evatt attended Fort Street High School, Sydney as a boy, and then in future he attended the University of Sydney.”Dr. Evatt” as he was now known graduated in 1917 and was admitted to the ABA where he obtained Law degree in 1924.

It was learned that former NBA center Samuel Dalembert got into handcuffs lately. He has taken a mugshot lately courtesy of the Palm Beach Sheriff's office. On Sunday, he was arrested for battery charges after hitting his girlfriend. Not only that he hits his girlfriend, but her cousin as well. After a 911 call at Dalembert's home, the woman and cousin told them that there's nothing wrong with them and Dalembert. However, the 7-foot 240-pound NBA basketball player was completely upset. You know why? It's because he already found out that his girlfriend and two kids are leaving for Orlando. As a result, he pushed away his girlfriend as what the cousin told the police. Not only that, the cousin claimed to be choked by Dalembert during intervention. For two counts of battery, Samuel Dalembert was arrested by the police at their home. However, he was released after his arrest.

The story of Sam Ferris, an eleven year old boy who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is “a life threatening cancer that affects the nervous system (Make-A-Wish 2012).” Sam always has this passion for baseball and his wish was for a baseball field to be built in his backyard, which would allow him to play with his friends whenever he wanted. Make-A-Wish knew that this was his one true wish, so they asked help from volunteers and donors to make his wish come true. George W. Truett was born on a small farm in the mountains of North Carolina on May 6, 1867 It wasn’t until the age of nineteen George publically confessed Christ as his savior. He was then baptized, became a member of the Baptist church and taught Sunday school class.

Williamson County, Texas, Pickett was a descendant of American Indians and black slaves. He was the second born out of the thirteen siblings he had. Pickett was a well known rodeo star and the first black cowboy movie star.

Scott Pruitt was born in Danville, Kentucky but moved to Lexington as a child with his parents. He also played football and baseball, but stood out most in baseball. Pruitt earned a baseball scholarship and played second base for a year at the University of Kentucky. He later attended Georgetown College where he received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communication. Afterwards, Pruitt moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma and earned a Doctors degree at the University of Tulsa. In 2010, Pruitt was elected to be an attorney general in Oklahoma. One may believe that Harry is a Hemingway hero based on opinion; but, based on facts, is he truly a Hemingway hero? According the the short story, The Snows of Kilimanjaro, Harry is an extremely coward man. He does not stand up for anything and he just wants to die. In this story, one may not believe that he is a Hemingway hero because he hates his wife, he does not handle the fact that he has gangrene very well, and he does not attempt to keep his manhood at all once he finally accepts the fact that he is going to die.

Robinson Crusoe is a man who was lost in the world, stuck at home with his parents, he was expected to be a lawyer, but his heart longed for the sea. Crusoe eventually left home, without telling his parents what he planned. After several voyages, all of which were seemingly “unlucky,” he is shipwrecked on a desert island and is forced to survive with only bare necessities. Many people consider him a hero because of how he dealt with his misfortune. Some people believe that Robinson Crusoe is a likeable and admirable character, but others disagree. The movie Gulliver’s Travels has a wide array of characters. These characters are played by very professional and talented actors. Some of these include, Jack Black as Gulliver, Jason Segel as Horatio, Emily Blunt as Princess Mary, Amanda Peet as Darcy Silverman, Billy Connolly as King Theodore and finally, Chris O’Dowd as General Edward, the antagonist. All of these characters play a central role in the film, whether they are the antagonist, the hero or the Princess. All the roles are important and were exceptionally done.
