I believe that America’s gift to my generation is freedom, technology, useful objects and utensils. I think that my generation has taken a lot for granted, we have many rights and have many things people didn’t have before but were made for future generations such as mine. The reason I think that freedom is a gift is that we don’t have to fight for freedom anymore, we already have it. In the past, many people volunteered to risk their lives for their families and for the future generations. Many women fought for a women’s rights to vote, and own land so that they have more freedom. Because of that many women now have much more rights due to the women in the past. I also can conclude that freedom in America is a huge gift because we do not
Would you want to know why I think America’s Gift to My Generation means to me?I have many reasons to why I think America’s Gift to My Generation. “Men and women fight for freedom, then they begin to accumulate laws to take it away from themselves”.~Author Unknown. This means that once the soldiers get their freedom, they take their own freedom away from the family to go in war to make America better. So all the people can have what they need to survive and never be on the streets to die.And they also can be free
What is America’s gift to our generation? If you ask anyone in America this question, they must ponder about for a long time. Why? Because this question has a different meaning to each one of us. The past generations of America have passed down so many amazing gifts that we take for granted such as freedom of speech, endless opportunities, and diversity. These remarkable individuals have modeled a strong work ethic that challenges Americans to ultimately succeed in life. America has given us a gift beyond words, the gift to pursue our happiness. We have everything we could ever need, and even more. We have the liberty to be ourselves, to do what we want with our lives, and if that isn't enough then I don't know what
What is America’s gift to my generation? Is it an electronic? Is it a new fidget spinner that lights up? Is it a new restaurant? No, not to me, America’s gift to my generation is the freedom of speech. It is to follow and worship different religions, say what you want to say, be who you want to be. That right cannot be taken from you because, it is the first Amendment and even back in 1791 congress knew that it was an important right. America’s gift is like a car, brand new, shiny gleaming, and takes you where you want to go.
America's gift to our generation is freedom, religion, and beliefs in our country. The freedom we have today wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for our soldiers in the military over the years. I appreciate what I have today very much and will continue to appreciate what I have as long as I live.
America has handed me many great things. I wake up every morning and go to school.I have the right to go to school, and I am a woman. Children in many countries can not go to school because of their gender
America has gifted my generation with a lot of good things. However, with every good thing, bad things always follow. America has gifted me with freedom, medicine that I have access to when I’m ill, equal rights, and a roof over my head. On the flip side, America has gifted me with the fear of terrorist attacks, racist people, and not being able to speak my opinion without being judged.
America’s gift to my generation is the gift of freedom and equality. America’s gift of freedom falls under the gift of the freedom to use the internet and the free internet, the gift of racial and sexual equality, and the gift of the maintenance of freedom.
Americans gift to my generation are the amendments. Without the amendments we wouldn't have the things we do today for example the first amendment (freedom of religion ,speech, freedom of press, right of petition).
America has given many wonderful gifts to my generation and the ones before mine. One of those things being a stable education. Many people around the world don't even get an education, I was lucky enough to have a provided education. Some people weren't even allowed to learn before me. Now education is a free will and we can learn if we have the proper material for it. Another amazing gift America has given my generation is technology! Technology has been used to further our nation's development and give entertainment, information, and advanced editing tools. Technology has been a big step in our nation's history. Many generations before mine did not have the pleasure of having this at their disposal. Luckily my generation was one of the
I think that the best gift by far is the freedom of religion. For if that right was not granted the country’s leaders could attempt to enforce their beliefs on others. Each person in America can choose to believe in whatever they wish or they can disbelieve in anything they want. That is the beauty of this right, we the people get to decide for ourselves.
