WordPerfect Office X8’s spell-as-you-go features enables users to check their documents for incorrectly spelt words while they are typing the document. Spell-as-you go automatically indicate when a word is incorrectly spelt by placing a red line underneath the word. The Grammar checker works in a similar way, it automatically identifies phrases and sentences that are grammatically incorrect and highlights them with a blue line. If notifying you that a spelling or grammatical error exist in your document was not enough the Prompt-as-you-go feature reveal suggested correction of incorrectly spelt words and grammatical errors while you type. You are also inform of the type of error. The text in the Prompt-as-you-go box for words that are incorrectly spelt wil be red. A blank box suggest that Word Perfect has no suggestion while blue texts means that a grammar error was encountered. When the text is black it means the word may need to be replace with a synonym of said word. Note that once grammar checker is activated so too is spell checker. Throughout the Civil War, there were many creative advancements, but one that goes unnoticed a lot was the growth of fashion. During the war, fashion, though still quite extravagant, was somewhat more muted. Because there was a war going on, many people had to make sacrifices and save formal wear for going out to somewhere fancy. But even during war, there was still a clear difference between those who had money to wear nice clothes and those who did not, and those who lived in the city versus those who lived in the country. There were many new pieces of fashion developing at the time, especially with women’s clothing.
I am still working with Microsoft Office 2013, I like this version of office. I work with Word and Excel daily at work. I have basic knowledge of PowerPoint. I have worked in other versions of Microsoft Office in the past. I find myself going back to Microsoft Office 2013. My job had a training course for all employees in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
