The physical activity I chose is Ultimate Frisbee. Five fundimental rules of the sport is: 1. The field: a regular shape with end zones at each end. A regular field is 70 yards by 40 yards with end zone 25 yards deep. 2. Initiate play: Each point begins with both teams lining up on the front of their respective end zone line. At first I was not very good at the sport but through continuous practice and playing three times a week I have just about mastered it.
