On 02/29/2016, Anthony Tarropino contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Grand Theft.
Mr. Tarrapino advised sometime between 10/1/2015 and 02/27/2016, an unknown suspect stole three watches out of his packed personal belongings.
Mr. Tarrapino said he and his family relocated to Hudson from New York in June of 2015. He advised a lot of property was still packed in boxes. He stated he and his wife are getting a divorce and on 02/27/2016, he returned to New York.
Mr. Tarrapino stated while packing his belonging and loading the boxes that were still packed from the move in June, 2015, he discovered three of his expensive watches were not in the boxes,
On 02/09/2017, Marie Evangelista contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Grand Theft. Ms. Evangelista advised that her Michaek Kohrs wallet, with contents was stolen.
On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16
Caller called back and informed that Phil has since left the residence and said he was going to cut his wrists. While en route to the address Stamets and I checked the area for Phil but could not locate him. Upon arriving at 335 I spoke with Lorrie and Brian who stated they were there to get some of their daughter's belongings, Brian and Lorrie wanted advice if it was a good idea to get some belongings right now.
On September 11, 2017 I (Probationary Police Officer James Harris III, DSN 0513) manning vehicle 1422 received a call for a “Larceny from a building prior” at 315 Chestnut Street (Hyatt Regency Hotel); however, I was advised to contact the victim via phone. I contacted victim Mika Gould to inquired the information needed for this report and was advised of the following:
On June 22, 2016 at approximately 1213 hours, Eagle Pass Police Department Auto Theft Detective, Rene Cardona was interviewing a male subject identified as GONZALEZ, Benjamin (DOB: 12/28/1951). Subject was the driver of a black Chevy Equinox bearing TXLP#GXH6819. Also occupying the vehicle was a female subject identified as GONZALEZ, Sandra (DOB: 09/23/1957).
Detectives say the massive cache of items were stolen from Pickens and surrounding counties and then either traded to homeowner Tony Elbert Merrell, 45, for drugs or he paid for them, knowing they were stolen.
On 03/05/2017 at approximately 1823 hours I recieved a phone call from Likes, Keith in regards to the theft that had occured.
Mr. Gillespie is a 21 year old male who presented to the ED after an intentional overdose on 20 600mg of Gabapentin. Per documentation from ED staff Mr. Gillespie reported he became angry at his grandmother tonight and tried to "prove a point." Mr. Gillespe reported to staff threatened to overdose on his on pills, however dumped them in the toilet. He expressed after making threats to overdose on his prescribed Celexa did not phase his grandmother, he proceeded to take her Gabapentin. Per documentation Mr. Gillespe has been living with grandmother for 2 weeks and before that was living with his mother in Cary. At the time of the assessment Mr. Gillespie was calm and cooperative. He denies current suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, and symptoms of psychosis. He appears guarded during the assessment. He reports tonight his grandmother and he got into an argument over him getting a job. He reports his grandmother informed him he has to be out by Friday. Mr. Gillespe denies history of self harm. He
