Becca Gilman has been an absolute pleasure, major asset, and loyal friend to have on the logistics team. Becca brings years of valuable experience that has helped launch both the Hilltop and Kramer office into full swing. Becca takes ownership and pride with the work she takes on, while truly embodying what it means to be a member of the camp community. We focused as a camp on the values of PIEME and I can confidently say that Becca exemplifies each attribute. Throughout the day Becca acts as a home base in the office, where she takes a proactive approach to foreseeing potential problems, solutions, and ideas. She is known around camp as a true resource and trusted face to ask advice, but her purpose goes much deeper. Becca is here because …show more content…
She has a great eye for camp appropriateness, whether that is associated with pictures being taken around camp, wording when posting the campminder blog, or the camper letters that the counselors write. Becca is also extremely organized. Her ability to take notes and manage “to do” lists, is part of what makes the office move so efficiently. Something that I really appreciate about Becca is her willingness to communicate openly. She makes it possible to maintain a happy and healthy team dynamic. Becca expressed to me her goal for the summer of being able to confront people on the spot, rather than hold it in. I believe she is working hard to meet this goal and have seen major progress in her communications skills between herself and other staff members. With second session approaching in a few days, my wish for Becca is for her to let me know when she needs to take things a little easier, so she can keep herself happy and healthy. Becca has been a part of a very busy last two weeks of the session and I couldn’t thank her more. I can’t wait to spend another four weeks with Becca and to have her on the
Jana is always quick to provide technical assistance regarding her area expertise. She always remains courteous to stakeholders. A specific example of this: Jana was troubleshooting a rejected claims issue and the point-of-sales (POS) provider continued to ask the same questions without providing additional information or data. She remained cordial and work to provide a solution.
If The Garden Depot wants to be more efficient, the company needs to hire more qualified and knowledge staff, so that Bowman can focus all attention on her own tasks that need to be completed.
She is self-motivated and works well independently and within the larger team. Rochelle shares her knowledge and expertise by actively participating in team discussions and by making suggestions. She often has valuable insights and good suggestions.
Another aspect of Stephanie’s life is partnering with The Dream Center of Lakeland. She pairs Fire Athletics with a local outreach and serves the community. It is not a glamorous part of her life and is a lot of work but, it is obvious that it is an important and impactful part of her life. She is willing to give her time to help others and connect her community, such as Southeastern, with other ones, like Crystal Grove. It is very admirable, that someone with such a busy schedule, takes time to give back and be involved in the community; that speaks volumes about her character.
Hannah was a good story teller and told stories to her friends. They were always interested in the stories which took their minds off what they were doing. Hannah told some of these stories in the camp, took people's mind off the terror they were in.
Within the community she has served in numerous roles contributing to the success of our youth.
Rebecca: Rebecca was trying to construct a positive learning environment for her classroom. She genuinely care for all her students and she wants all of them to have an opportunity to learn.
Thirdly, when Rebecca was at the wedding she told everyone that Luke was there when he was really not. This shows she is creative and can come up with any excuse on the spot. Some people may think she is lying due to her stories she makes up as well as some people may believe she is innovated. She interacts with people well and can start a conversation with any person. She also puts herself out there like talking to people she does not know at the wedding.
In the following scene we meet Beatrice, an honest, optimistic young woman who has a sunny disposition on life. Beatrice works as a house cleaner for an agency and seems to enjoy her job, never complaining about the work she

I predicted that Nancy Carlos would be an active group member that is very outgoing. I thought that she would actively contribute to the group’s product and would always be ready to work. I inferred this because she was always clarifying and asking questions about activities we were doing as a team. She seemed motivated and as though she sincerely cared about her grade and the outcome of the group. My predictions proved correct, yet I was unable to predict how essential she would be to the team. She was a hardworking member that was always talking, always working hard, and even took on the roles of opinion provider, questioner, and clarifier. She would involve herself in conversations and would rarely wait for someone to ask her for her opinion.
I feel that Carla Reese’s approach at Celeritas had potential to be effective, but in the end it proved to not have the intended effect. She did a good job in really diving deep into the main issues by doing the private interviews. By doing this she was able to get some good insight into what was causing the dysfunction at Celeritas. I also like that she made a point to address each of the main issues at the offsite. This had a positive effect in sparking discussion at the meeting.
Throughout the interview, Candace showed love towards her residents and employees, expressing the help she provides when short staff and the passion she has for her job and Gardens at Columbines. A few aspects of the conversation that stood out to me was what motivates Candace, her management style, and what she believes the facility needs to work on. “Watching a cohesive team come together to care for our residents”,
