Every day an extensive amount of people have to face hatred and bullying. Huge conflicts occur and lives are lost. The issue that plays a significant part in all of this is racism. It affects individuals and communities in every corner of the world.

Chronic racism existed in almost every state in America before anti-racism campaigns and series of talks finally bore fruits. During that period everything was done based on racial lines basically between the whites and the blacks. In the long run, the black families suffered major blows from the negativities associated with racism. It was at the same time when Jackie Robinson was born and was not an exception from the racism regime since he was black. Generally, racism is provision of unequal treatment to certain individuals based on their skin color, and which results in unequal opportunities to the individuals in question. For instance, giving better medical attention to the white skinned people and disregarding the other races. Despite the civil rights movement, racism is still very much alive and an issue in today's world. I believe that in order for America to end racism we need to stop being racist ourselves. Almost everybody in the world agrees that racism is wrong, but do they know why it is wrong or are they just agreeing with everybody else? I believe racism is wrong because God created us all equally. Who are we to judge others? If people say racist remarks to others, they are basically saying it to God, since He is in every one of us.
