First off, Alex is clever and curious in the book Skeleton Key. He was clever throughout the book so far. At the start of the book it says, “He ran on tip toe… Now was the time to move” (Horowitz 135-136). This quotes explains that he was on a yacht and saw that one of his partners was in trouble and being held hostage. Alex thought a diversion quickly, which was to set the yacht on fire. His goal was to get everyone outside to help put out the fire while Alex and his partner escaped without being seen. It went exactly as planned, but the boss was still in the room and he had to kill him to save his partner. Further, the second reason he is clever is how he fought the security guard. During the fight he is thinking how is he going to attack the enemy and defend him while trying to find an escape during the fight.

“The Unwanted” by Kien Nguyen, is a book that can call to mind many different types of feelings through the situations that Kien Nguyen the author, faces in his childhood life. In “The unwanted” the theme of courage can be seen through the characters of Kien’s grandfather, Loan and Kien himself. These characters are able to stand up during the difficult times in the book to either help or protect others around them. At times in “The Unwanted”, these characters brings out great examples of courage that affected the minds of many around them in a positive way.
Grillo faced many things throughout his life to become the person he is now. Either good or bad all the changes he went through made a big impact in his life. Within the novel Always Running by Luis J. Rodriguez, the main character Grillo changes throughout the story when he uses drugs, friends influence him and family problems are encountered.

Once an augmented person is an enlisted agent that person receive a kill phrase/kill switch. Essentially letting UNATCO have many lives in their hands. Someone broke into security found the kill phrase and used them with success. The agent died immediately. If you were to leave how would you know they remove the kill phrase? The only way to do it is through testing. At least the mech-augs human know what they have the nano-aug humans in UNATCO didn’t even knew they had kill switches. It kills the target within 24 hours. Unless the person know someone who’s skilled enough to disable the kill switch. Which had happen before. Not everything is secure tight unless you had someone keeping track of everyone.
