It is important to know how the staff member initially introduces themselves to the client and the teacher. The first impression of our staff members to our clients is very important because we would like our clients to feel comfortable and excited about the services that we provide.

We want our clients to be able to understand the services that are being provided to them. The services that we provide should be simple and easy to understand especially to our clients and their family members. We

6. Was the staff up to the standards of the expectations?
Recognizing our areas of opportunity is important; therefore addressing the staff with important issues and concerns is priority for us, especially if this comes from the clients.
7. Would you consider coming back to our facilities and recommending others for assistance?
Knowing that we have completed a good job and creating healthy relationships with clients is important for us. We understand that despite the assistance provided; some situations would create triggers and thus the desire of help may be neglected, everyone needs help sometimes.
8. Is the documentation being done in timely manner?

Working in the helping field has its many joys and privileges. Seeing a child, whose self esteem is at the bottom, light up when he/she accomplishes a new task, see the growth an alcohol and drug addict has made in treatment, or to see the family, that when they entered the door of your office, was on the verge of separation, but now are communicating and working out their own needs with little assistance from you, their therapist, is some of the most rewarding moments one can experience. However, to believe that life is all about these positive moments and that the battles you join in with others to overcome will not have an impact on you

First I would like to mention the treatment that they give to the clients. We are speaking about clients who know what they want, for what our employees must know what to offer, as offering it to the costumers and because of that reasons.
Some people don’t have the services that they need in order to live a normal life. Everyone response to life transitions differnetly some people might need someone who can listen to them, and not judge them. Having options on how to resolve a problems and having control of your life can help people get on the track of living a better life, teaching them how to solve future problems and be self-dependent is also important. Being a helper in the Human services career will not be an easy job and it will be stressful and frustrating at times. But learning how to be patient, and letting the clients decide what they want in their life is important. I have learned that nobody is ever perfect and sometimes we require help from other to get back on track. What I will promise to all my clients is that I will not give up on them and I will be there to listen to them and maintain myself neutral, and not tell them what they should do. I will always remember to give them options because at the end it their life and they are the ones who are in control of there
Others people may be able to provide useful information to support you in your work and you may be able to provide useful information to support them in being part of the individual’s lives. This is good partnership working. If there are communication difficulties with service users a carer or family member can share information with you about how you can best communicate with an individual.
I have most of my work diarised on outlook ensuring that I am meeting objectives, deadlines and service level agreements. I set myself time limits of when to complete tasks by to ensure prompt and effective delivery of service.

With the expected growth in the allied health sector in the coming years due to increased patient care demands, healthcare organizations in the United State will need to take steps to maintain a high quality of care. These steps will include ways to ensure that well trained staff are hired, adequate new staff on the job training and orientation, continuous review of policies for improvements in safety, care, risk management and quality assurance. In addition to focusing on the integration of the incoming allied health personnel, healthcare organizations are expected to review how care is currently provided, and find new ways to provide care and meet the great increase in demand for care.
