The advantages of the use of secondary data in needs assessment, design and implementation of intervention measures, and policy changes are numerous. Secondary data are less expensive, this implies that time, money and other resources are saved (Healey & Zimmerman, 2010). My focus for this discussion is Case Study 2, which addressed the health needs assessment of the Waupaca County. Waupaca County, Wisconsin is a rural community of over 50,000 residents (Gilmore, 2012). Given that, it is a popular tourist location, and the survey given had a clause of “do not complete if you are not a city resident”, there exists a chance that all data obtained by primary sources might not be without errors, as tourists might erroneously fill out the survey. Consequently, the secondary method I will apply to collection of data is the use of the American Fact Finder from the United States Census Bureau (n.d.). …show more content…
The rationale behind my choice of this website for a source of secondary data is its user friendliness. It offers a wide array of data, resources and information about Waupaca County, as well as other areas (States, Counties, Cities, Towns or Zip codes). It offers a search button, with which you can input the county you want data for, offering you data comparisons for three years: 2010, 2015 and 2016 (I am sure other years would be obtainable as well, with careful advanced search). The information contained and obtainable from the U.S. Census Bureau for the Wisconsin County include: Population, Age, Business and industry, Education, Housing, Income, Race, Origins, and Language, and Poverty level. This offers a summary of the primary data collected and offers an overview of the needs assessment of the Waupaca
In order to evaluate the improvements from these interventions, the baseline chart review was compared to a chart review conducted 2 weeks after the project initiation. Results indicated that documentation became more detailed, objective and factual and hand-offs reports also became standard with incorporation of Kardex and reflected increased accuracy.

I met with Dr. Slack Tuesday regarding the SRCL inventory that has to be kept post SRCL. Because materials were purchased with federal funds inventory must be kept up to 5 years. She did tell me that possibly a check would happen within the first 3 years after the end of the grant. At this point I think we have a couple of options and I will defer to your suggestions:
As a new manager of an organization, I would first take a look at the organization’s entire infrastructure, and then evaluate the total quality management system that was implemented into that organization’s configuration. I would then implement my own infrastructure such as the Pareto run chart or subsequent cascading charts. I would create a quality development team that’s dedicated to instituting quality upgrades (a quality council). The quality council would have subcommittees that would be in control of managing and communicating total quality developments throughout the organization; reassuring duties such as project development teams, quality development managers, a quality training program, and planning development training (Goetsch
As we continue to move toward the end our quarterly objectives. I wanted to take the time to explain some of our costs. In our particular field of designing and manufacturing products, we are always engaging in ways that we can mitigate loss and improve our processes. Performing such changes will give a stronger presence in the market by allowing us to remain competitive.
Evaluate the potential impact on the business of implementing the strategy developed in task 10. [4.3, D3]
Impressive your assignment was straight and to the point. I was really inspired to hear that BB&T, was not just a company that you invest in; it has been an enduring occupation for your spouse for many years. After doing further research on BB&T, I quickly discover that BB&T gives back to the community. Which is important, Colossians 4:1 reminds us of that with the following statement “Masters, give unto [your] servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven” (King James Version). One large, public banking corporation, BB&T, has funded grants to more than 60 colleges and universities in the United States to address what the corporation refers to as the “moral foundations of capitalism (Beets, 2015).
The next part of your assessment requires you to conduct the research as per the research brief that you developed in Part A and report on your findings.
Sandrae, your discussion board post covered all of the questions thoroughly and accurately. You provided a lot of detailed and well organized information, excellent job. The chart you provided was exceptional and the chart clearly highlights the differences between the structure, tasks, culture, and strategy of the learning organization and performance organization. Vertical and horizontal structures are very different. The horizontal structure eliminates the old school departmental boundaries of the vertical structure and the horizontal structure allows organizations to improve processes (Daft, 2013).

Global warming is not myth, but is a real thing. Scientists have proven that over and over global warming is real. According to scientific reports 11 out of 12 years have ranked among the warmest on record. This increase temperature has many effects on the environment. Global warming creates nature?s imbalance and it has big impact on weather. Global warming is big part of the reason for sudden heat waves, storms and floods. There are many causes for global warming, but two main causes are burning fossil fuel and deforestation. Both of these causes increase greenhouse gases in the environment which creates greenhouse effects, the scientific reason for global warming.
I will explain menu pricing and I will present you, a short marketing video as an example.

Having a co-worker as a key informant, proved to be of great advantage in obtaining the primary data on my community. After my initial meeting with my community, I felt I needed to gather more information about my population. The official data I gathered from my research lacked the specificity that only an aggregate could provide, e.g., more insightful and accurate information about the population (Nies & McEwen, 2015). Thankfully, I was able to schedule a 30-minute face-to-face meeting with Gladys in order to validate and cross-reference the secondary data I have gathered at the beginning of my project. To facilitate the process, I prepared a Data Collection Plan Worksheet and a set of questions to ensure that I get the most relevant information about my community. I refrained from asking yes or no questions and chose to ask “probing questions that will encourage my key informant to reflect more deeply on the meaning of her comments” (UCLA Center For Health Policy Research, n.d.). In addition, I drafted questions that I felt would elicit more revealing information about my community and at the same time tap upon my informant’s expertise and unique viewpoint (UCLA Center For Health Policy Research, n.d.).
