In the article, Qianlong was the fifth ruler of the Manchu Qing Dynasty. He ruled China after a previous dynasty known as the Zhou Dynasty, which was included in the article as well. However, the two dynasties were different, although just slightly. Obviously, the time that Qianlong ruled and the time the Zhou Dynasty existed were different, but there some similarities as well. When Qianlong was ruler the article stated, "Qianlong never did things in an unassuming or phlegmatic way." Then, during the Zhou Dynast, they "devoloped a philosophy that required its emperors to be benevolent." Therefore a similarity would be that they both were kind and treated their people well.
