The celebration of a child's sixteenth birthday is when the parents begin to give their child a lot of responsibility, and often times a car, but this passing of responsibility may be postponed by 2 years if a recent bill gets passed by congress. Personally, I think they should not change the driving age to eighteen years of age. The reason why is because, what if there was an emergency and you were babysitting you little brother or sister and one of them fell and hurt them self and had to go to the emergency room and no parent was home.
