Pros and Cons The Chevrolet Equinox is comfortable, generously spacious, and quiet, except when it increases speed. It provides a quick transition and a smooth ride. The interior layout is flexible, switching effortlessly between cargo and hauling passengers. The redesigned exterior is also quite fashionable. However, the Chevrolet is noisy when it accelerates and has low power. The Eco Mode may not save enough fuel for the reduction in performance, and manual shift mode is disappointing. Changes are required in continual radius turns, and the distance necessary for fade-free braking is slightly longer than other compacted SUVs.
