A new government survey suggests that LGBT people are having more sex than anyone else. While it's likely to be against their will, they are certainly giving Pornhub stars a run for their money.
LGBT TEENS GET KILL THEMSELVES MORE THAN PORNHUB STARS
Aside from having a higher likelihood of rape than their Pornhub counterparts, LGBT teens are also far more likely to attempt suicide. Furthermore, they are more likely to have taken illegal drugs and take part in risky behaviours that put them in harms way. These findings, while shocking, are no surprise. Smaller surveys have found similar results however, this is the first government survey to examine the issue across the whole country.

LGBT youth are most commonly targeted by bullying because society does not fully understand what these kids are going through in life. Sexual harassment seems to follow around these individuals everywhere. Many LGBTQ youth are unable to report the abuse and are isolated if they do reveal their assailant. This causes these individuals to feel disconnected for society and many attempt to commit suicide.each time a LGBTQ youth is physical and verbal abused it increases the likelihood of self harm 4.5

S., Shtasel, D., & Bassuk, E. L., 2014). It is also shown that homeless youth who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender, ranging from 13 to 21 years of age are more apt than youth who identify as heterosexual to experience and report symptoms of depression and use street drugs such as, methamphetamines, cocaine and or crack (Keuroghlian, A. Gay youths are 4 times more likely to attempt suicide. Gay teens are 3 times more likely. Gay men are 6 times more likely. 30% of the total suicides globally are made up by LGB individuals. Treating homosexuals as abhorrent and inferior, and societal persecution is exactly what causes these shocking statistics.

Attending a school that has a safe and comfortable environment for every student is especially important. Positive environments can help all youth achieve good grades and maintain good mental and physical health. However, some youths are more likely than their straight peers to experience bad health and life outcomes.
