I the judge plea that Pony Boy Curtis would not be put in a foster home. As in my command, he shall stay with his older brothers Darry and Soda Pop Curtis. Thank all of you people and have a mystically enchanted day. Well, wait for a minute judge ma'am, I insist Pony Boy should be put in foster care. I have made my decision, and it will stay that way. Judge, Darry and Soda Pop do not take care of Pony Boy very good if they let him get beat up in the rumble. Pony Boy had a cull to stay home, but he did not optate to. Withal, they ascertain he is opportunely alimented and attend school every day. They even ascertain he never walks on his own. He even have a curfew, so conspicuously he is in the house on time. Hmm, judge you do make a good point …show more content…
Isn't he consummately akin to a mundane little teenage boy? No, Pony Boy is doting, caring, and keenly intellective. He dotes to read books, and just like Johnny verbalized, Pony Boy is gold. Withal, he has deplorable dreams at night, and his brother's ken the reason why and how to pacify him. Pony Boy is voluminous enough to take care of his self he would be alright in a foster home, wouldn't you cerebrate? Not authentically, Pony Boy would be disoriented without his brother's. They have been taking care of him every since their parents died. Withal, they guide Pony to what he need to do and Pony guide them to what they require to do. If I take Pony out his household, he would be thoroughly drained. So to keep all perplexity and dolefulness down Pony Boy will remain with his brothers In conclusion to this case, Pony Boy will stay with his brothers and not be put in a foster home. Jury do you accede? Why yes judge we do. You gave some substantial reasons about why he deserves not to be put in a foster home. Withal you backed your reasons up which transmuted all of our minds. Well thank you jury, case closed everyone may peregrinate
pony boy is to go to foster care right away and never to have contact with his brothers ever again. how ever if they some how manage to prove to me they can straight them selves out in the next two years pony will have special permission to go and see his brothers when ever he want but has to be back at his foster house within twenty four hours or the brothers will be sent to
does Pony boy walk home alone, even though he knows it's not safe? Is he just making a
“I bet he wishes he could stick me in a home somewhere and he’d do it too if Soda’d let him.” This quote proves that Ponyboy should be taken from Darry and be put in the system. He would be better off in the system because it would provide better influences on Ponyboy. Darry has shown that he is not a responsible guardian because he and his brothers participate in gang activities such as rumbles.
Clank! Clank! "Order in the court! This session is now in order! We are gathered here for the court to decide if the defendant Ponyboy Curtis should be put into foster care." Have you ever thought that a character in a book should be put into foster care for the way that things are done to them, or for the way their family acts towards them? Plenty of people all around the globe do for what I believe they should. I believe that Ponyboy Curtis from the book The Outsiders should be put into foster care because he will be in a stable home, will have a better life, and he will have to stop fighting which is not good for you.
One reason Ponyboy should not be living with his brothers is that he was running away from the police, charged with murder. Ponyboy was with a friend in the park when he gets jumped by Socs, the group of rich kids. When he is getting drowned in a fountain his friend kills the Soc. He then goes on the run where he has to hide in an abandoned church for a long time. Children should not be running away from the police. If he had a responsible parent, was with adults that looked after him and didn't let him get into trouble, it wouldn't have happened.
Order in the court,It seems like we have some decisions to make If ponyboy should stay with his brothers or in foster care. I have decided that ponyboy should stay with his brothers he has no parents his brothers are taking care of him.Ponyboy should stay with his brothers they do things they need to do together their want to stay together they parents would be disappointed if they were alive and they were separated from each other although they were killed in a car crash.
Darry’s choices have affected Pony boy by making him run away. Darry chooses to slap Ponyboy and sacred him, which made him run away. “Darry wheeled around and slapped me so hard that it knocked me against the door,” “ I turned and ran down the street as fast as I could,” ( Hinton, 50). Darry slapped Ponyboy because he had been home late
In conclusion, I strongly trust my instinct that Ponyboy should have to go into foster care for a variety of reasons that all can not be explained. Ponyboy will have a much greater life in foster care. Reasons for that are he will have a better life, health, and will be paid more attention to then compared to what he had with his brothers. Because of these reasons, that is why I believe that Ponyboy should have to go into foster
Smoking cigarettes, murder accomplice, and fights all words to describe Pony boy. Pony boy Curtis is his full name. His parents had been killed in an automobile crash. Pony boy will go into foster care for three reasons better learning environment, less trouble, and better living environments. The initial reason is a better area. Foster care parents have to move you out of that area, so you will have a chance to go to a better school. Better school means more up to date textbooks, gyms, band equipment, and more programs and clubs. Also a better neighborhood could improve in Pony boy's behavior. A better area can lead to better kids. If it is a good area there is probably fun stuff to do there. For example a skating rink, bowling ally, movie
Then again Ponyboy going to a foster care can be a bad thing. He could run away or go to a bad family. He could kill someone in the foster care or he could just turn out worse. Being in foster care can change a person in many ways and pony could turn out to be worse then he already is. He could like go to school one day then never come back. He could get himself killed like dally
Quite we have made a decision. As the jury and the judge return for the decision should Pony Boy be placed in foster care or stay with his brothers. We came to the decision that Pony Boy should go to foster care. He should go to foster care because he is not living in a safe environment want be around gang activity, and his brothers let him smoke. Furthermore foster care could be a bad thing for Pony Boy because he could miss his brothers and try to run away.
Pony boy should stay with his family so he could be happier, and not leave his family. It would not be the same for any of them. I really think that pony boy should leave because he did not get into that much trouble, and really he was the good kid out of them all. There is a reason why he should go for foster care because. They do not have a stabled home, his brothers get into trouble, and I think that is a bad influence for him.
Order in the court! In this case, whether or not Pony Boy should be placed in foster care or remain with his brother, Darrel and Soda, is determined. Foster homes can be a positive or negative impact on kids. Many kids are abused and treated unfairly for unknown reasons. On the other hand, kids can be joined with the most loving family ever. Some people suggested that Pony Boy should continue to live with Darrel and Soda. Others say that Pony Boy should be placed in proper care. It has been determined that Pony Boy should get placed in foster care because he will be in a better home, he will not be involved in gang violence, and he will have the opportunity to attend school more often.
Jody tries to be a normal, playful 10-year-old, but his father does not allow it. Instead, he tries to speed up the child’s maturity by giving him a pony to take care of. In Carl’s
In the beginning of “The Outsiders”, Ponyboy only likes a few people but in the end, he realizes that he judged people unfairly. In the beginning, he only appreciated Johnny (the second youngest gang member), Soda (the middle child in his family) and Two-Bit (a wisecracking member of the gang). He dislikes Dallas (the most criminal of the gang) and Steve and thinks that his oldest brother, Darry, dislikes him. He also believes that all Socs are bad. His judgments are first brought into question when he meets Cherry Valence, a female Soc. Ponyboy, referring to her and her friend wrote, “It seemed funny to me that Socs -if these girls were any example - were just like us.” (37) Pony’s views on the Socs evolve again when he talks to Randy. After talking to Randy, Pony thinks, “Socs are just guys after all. Things are rough all over, but it was better that way. That way you could tell the other guy was human too." (118) By the end of the novel, Pony does not think all Socs are good because there are Socs like Bob, who jumped Johnny and Pony, but he realizes that people should be
