So I was playing basketball on this cold horrific day it was about to rain but I was determined to beat them. I was with Myles, Darion, Jake, Devon, and Don. We all wanted to play each other real bad . And we all agreed were playing a pickup game on this specific day, because this was the nicest day this month. Also I couldn’t wait to show this big polar bear , my older Cousin,Myles, that my brother and I can kill them...beat them in basketball. So in this game we were going at it like wolves fighting over kill, no one was letting up on anyone. My brother was always the giant twin so he was around there size then theres come me this little ant that had skills but was too small finish at the hole without getting blocked. The entire game we
An all time favorite activities of me to do and to watch is basketball. Basketball is something I relish because it's exciting and really affecting, I started playing when I was in fourth grade. When I became attentive in basketball it was because I was trying out sports that year and I determine I admired it and really, enjoying it. Basketball is something my dad, and my brother plays, too. My brother and I try to practice, and learn from each other when we both have the time to practice.
The sound of my basketball going through the hoop is so satisfying. The hours go by so fast that I don’t even notice. It’s starting to sunset, meaning it’s time to go inside, but my hoop and basketball will be waiting for me tomorrow. Can you tell I really like basketball?
I fell in love with basketball 7 years ago. What began as a few trial trainings gradually grew into a deep passion for the sport. I realized that I had the flair for it as doing moves like layups came to me very naturally. All I had to do was to observe my coach do an example once, practice the move a few times, and I got it.
What do you believe in? I believe that people have there own belief and their own disbeliefs.I believe that I am a good basketball player. Most people don’t believe it but I do.I am going to tell some facts about why I believe in such the topic.
I love tuning into a game on a Tuesday night, in the middle of an incredible stretch of games, to see if a player or team can keep playing at that level. It makes the dog days of January so much better.
I am in love with the sport of basketball. The feeling of adrenaline I have before the start of a game, the satisfying sound of the swish of a buzzer shot, and the half-time coach-given-tension-filled talks work together to create an atmosphere unlike anything I have ever experienced. I have been playing basketball for as long as I can remember, and when high school finally came, everything intensified. My freshman year, I was placed on the varsity team. I looked forward to practices, tournaments, bus rides, and every inside joke and moment I would get to share with the girls on my team who, as an only child, became sisters to me.
If there’s any lone reason I play basketball I would word it as, “One game of basketball can teach a young man lessons that will help him branch out into the world”. Each quarter of basketball teaches different skills.
“C’mon Drew,” I urged, hoping to instill some confidence in our top scorer. “When you’re on top of your game, there is no way we can lose.” The clamor of basketballs bouncing off the freshly polished floor and the perpetual squeaking of sneakers blended into a euphonious rhythm which characterized most of the summer. We were practicing for our annual basketball tournament, this year held in Dallas, and the anticipation and excitement had risen to all-time highs as we were expected to defend our championship from last year. As co-captain of the team, it was my responsibility to ensure our teammates were focused at all times and to spearhead our success in the tournament.
This summer I played basketball, another thing I did was go swimming. Both of these activities have science involved. Science has to do with they way the basketball bounces and the way that you shoot the basketball. While swimming science is in the way your body is working while you’re stroking.
We’re officially down to the final four in the 2016 NHL playoffs with the East and West Conference Finals underway. Like every year, the playoffs have offered high-quality hockey with riveting games throughout the postseason. There have been four seven-game series, all in the Western Conference, that went back and forth, while shorter series have also had very competitive games. Every night of postseason play has provided excellent theater, and those who haven’t watched are missing out.
I like basketball because. I have been playing it for a long time. Am that I am good at it. It did not take me that long to learn about it. But I like basketball because if I make it in the NBA. Then I can give them some tickets for my game. And then pay over 10 million. And if I will be rich I would send them some money. Or I would pay for there trip. But the best thing is I get to travel around. But the bad thing I have to be on A airplane. Because I hate air planes. Because I fill like they are going to crash. And when I see other players play and I see bad injured. Like when they break a bone. Or a freak accident like when a bone but I can’t be thinking about that. Because if I keep thinking about that then I won’t play good. Or it could
I love basketball as much as I love sweets, and I love sweets. I was at camp early one day and we were playing basketball before camp started because me and my friends were bored. After a little more some of my friends came running into the gym loudly and I started to play with one of them 1vs1 in our enormous gym. Before we could even finish we had to go listen to the camp director talk excitedly to us about what we were going to do that day. We sat down in the middle of the gym listening to her talk. After, she told our counselor what our day's schedule was. He said that the first thing we had that day was choice. He asked us what we wanted and most of us said basketball so we played us vs the other group who had free choice. The people
Although there are many activities that I enjoy, basketball has to be my favorite one. There is so much stuff that you have to learn before you can start. My first reason why I love playing basketball is that you get a lot of exercise. Then, because you get to be very competitive. Last the shooting.
It was cold, winter had come, basketball season was upon us. It was time to lay it all out on the line. The starting position was up in the air, between me and a sophomore. Every day was like paradise. Practices were practices, you had your typical start of practice drills here and there and then to the more complex details: the plays, the sets, then after that you went full court 5 on 5 for some live scrimmaging. It was brutal at times, but then there was also joking times where we could run through the motions.
It was a normal day well I thought it was. I got to talk someone who I never thought I would ever talk to. It all started when these girls where bullying me on my basketball team. The next week I went to school and then came home it was a day that came home it was a day that I would have practice. My mom told me to go get ready so I did. I thought that I was going to basketball practice so I had shorts and a shirt on. My mom asked me “what are you wearing”? I asked her “what are you talking about don't I have practice tonight”. She told me “there is no practice to night there is a game at the gym so there is no practice because of the game”. I said “well then why did you tell me to go get ready”? Then she said “so we can go to the game”. So I ran into my room and hurried up and changed into some different clothes I did not know where or who was playing I just wanted to go to the basketball game basketball is my life.
