Personal Narrative: My Personal Health Behavior Intervention

My personal health behavior intervention was to reduce stress. The past few week, I have been stress out with feeling of overburden with school and work. My intervention goal was to start planning my activities more often as I did in the past and take some time for myself to relax at least for 30 minutes a day. I decided to plan my weekly activity every Sunday using google calendar. I plan when I would work on assignments as well as travel and other daily tasks. I found that planning my weekly activities reduce the feeling that I have about “having so much to do.” Planning allow me to work more efficiently and I had more time available to spend with people in my life. I also use the google calendar app, so that I can access my planning wherever
