Personal Narrative: My Field Trip At Bishop Loughlin High School

For two years I begrudgingly walked into Fuller Middle School, sometimes staying home because I had a ‘headache,’ my home, as well as other places I was always resentful, pissed off, quick tempered, and just downright rude. I was a typical middle schooler going through family changes. I wore band tees and ripped skinny jeans to every event my mother would let me--including to school, I constantly violated dress coded until I found my way around authority and the policy, listened to heavy metal, colored my eyeliner on until I looked like a panda, and generally tried to make myself appear unapproachable. That’s when my mom began dating the man who I would eventually call my first lifeline.

Hi Algina, I'm Carol and I also went to Ocoee high school but I graduated last year. I think it's really good that you decided to take dual enrollment because you'll be able to get your college credits faster. Even though you haven't chosen a major I think that you should try to volunteer or learn more about things that interest you, so that it will be easier for you to choose a major. Just like you I also enjoy cooking, but mainly desserts and also listening to music. If I could go back in time and relive a particularly difficult moment in my life, I will work part-time in the weekend in high school. I want to save my money. I want to travel other state. I also want to see my childhood friends. I wish I spend more time to have fun with my friends when I was young. When I first came here I went to school and I didn't how many class I have to take the class and to pass the MACS. I spent one more year to get my diploma. I wish if I know all this I will take class that require. I will go to Middlesex Community College early to practice the MACS because they have MACS class. I go to Mobridge-Pollock Middle School. We have a big lunch room with huge long tables going north to south. The tables have black chairs going on both sides. I will explain the west half of the room. You get your food on the east half then you sit down at your your table. The 8th graders eat with the 6th graders that sit on the east side, we sit on the west side and take up three tables. Usalley the boys and girls sit apart at two diffrent tables. So, when you are sitting down and facing west, the bathrooms and the water fountian are on the left side. On the rigth side their is a hallway leaving the room and the ala carte. I, currently as a student at Ruth Thompson Middle School, have contributed to the community around me in many ways. In my school, as of now, I have been part of the RTMS Tech Team, which includes in helping students with technology, helping teachers set up with assemblies, open houses, replacing PC monitors, and a lot more. As part of tech team, I have also helped with things that are relatively tedious, like sorting out a whole room of cables. Yes, I will do it again at JFSS if I’m assigned or have the opportunity to. Before I came to Baker Middle School, I attended elementary school in Laytonsville. I had a group of friends that consisted of five people, Olivia Fink, Olivia Pallas, Mason LeBlanc, Kody Johnson, and Stefan Jacob. The Olivia’s both attend this school alongside me, but sadly the other three attends a different school. I became friends with those three because we all had common interests in multiple categories such as cartoons and humor. I still keep in touch with them, but I know we aren’t as close as we used to be. With the Olivia’s we all became best friends in the first week of Kindergarten and we still have been by each other’s side since. I went to Ebenezer Middle School in Rincon Georgia for all three years. By the time I had made it to middle school I had adjusted to uniforms and the new people in a new district.I was upset that the uniform shirts were now green, and I had grown used to the navy blue shirts from fifth grade. I was very excited to start switching classes more and I was ready to start playing an instrument. In middle school we had A days and B days. Everyday it switched between the two. Everyday you would still go to your main classes, but the fifth class would switch everyday. That fifth class was an elective, and I had band as one of them all four years. In eighth grade I had the option to do band everyday so obviously I chose to do that.

I don't remember how I met you in 1st grade, but I do remember when you used to be taller than me and had braces. I remember asking you what a period (menstrual) was, and the days when we talked about relationships—I mean we still do, haha. I remember going to the Sacramento field trip with you in 4th grade, when we carpooled to the airport at five in the morning and how you were there when I experienced my first time on a plane. I remember seeing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows together and then getting In-N-Out afterwards. I remember when we both did Beginner and Advanced Strings in 5th grade. On June 12, 2017 at a proximately 1205 hours, I was dispatched to North Brunswick High School for a report of defiant trespassers.

It was a warm Thursday morning in June. I had been training all summer long with the Hilton Head High School Cross Country team. Every morning we would have to be at practice in Hilton Head Plantation at 7:00 sharp, if we were late, we had to run 4 miles plus what we had to run for practice. That day, I am so lucky that there was not any traffic, because if there was I would have been late. I arrived at practice, and there was one of my friends from school, Cal. He had told me he was going to come run with us over the summer for a while, but until then he hadn’t been at practice.

It was a hot and sunny day. It was an early morning at school, about seven thirty-five. There are four main students, McKenzie, Jordan, Tyla, and Joseph . These four students go to Winchester Community High School (WCHS). They have four out of seven classes together, plus lunch. First period, third period,lunch, fourth period, and seventh period.

“You sound like a white boy! Why do you talk like that?” said one kid. “You sound like a gay boy! Why do you sound like a girl!” another one said. “Haha, aren’t you gay or something?” mocked another. Those words from my fellow classmates ripped through my ears. The echoes of their unruly and harsh words were always screeched on the playground. I was only in the third grade when I started getting teased and bullied for my voice, my weight, the way I spoke and the things I loved. My greatest challenge I’ve ever had to overcome was accepting myself and learning to love who I am.

Imagine you go to a new place where you only know a few people but, soon after those few people leave and you are left alone.

Friends, are not ones who will be with you forever, no one will. This is something I have learned after my freshman year of high school. Early spring of 2015, I went to Rancho San Joaquin middle school. This is where I have met my best friend during 8th grade, which I once believe she will be my best friend forever. The day when we met is my first day in Rancho, we have the same 6th period english class. Right before the bell ringed, someone walked to me and hit on my shoulder. She is a very bright girl, with long hairs that goes to her waist, not long after this day, we become best friends. I used to be very quiet, through her I have met many of other friends, I once thought we are going to be best friends for the whole 4 year of high school

I heard you were in a meeting so this is the only way i know to get you something so that you will see it. I talked to my counselor, and my principle about taking chemistry here with my Coleman b I'm not sure when you are suppose to get a call.
