The patient I completed my family health assessment on is a 34 years-old African American (black) female that is Gravida 6 Para 6. Her primary language spoken is English. She has a history of five vaginal deliveries and one cesarean section. This delivery was a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) with spontaneous rupture of membranes while at home. Initial progression of labor was slow until stimulation of nipples via breast pump and low, slow dosing of Pitocin. During my family assessment, I asked the patient a series of questions. She was very cooperative and wanted to discuss her family to help easy some of her pain. This patient describes her family as very tight and close. She interacts with all close relatives and she believes that family

We have many traditions as a family but one of them is to go to Branson, MO every single year. This tradition was started about 17 years ago when our two families just wanted to hang out more and have fun and now it goes every year and gets us close to each other all over again even though it is always very strong. We have such good relationships now with their family and now we do a bunch of stuff with them. My whole family, Me, Nicole, my mom, and my dad all love it down there and we keep going back and always find new stuff even though it is very hard. It is my dad’s all time favorite place and the same can go for me. The Mangold family, Mike, Judy, Michael, Erica, Ryan, and Rebecca also go down with us and we have a heap of fun together.
I didn’t learn how to read until 2ed grade.Beacuse parents divorced my dad would take me to school some days and my mom would take me others. Little did I know my mom would drink and get high after I went to bed at night. In the morning she would sleep in with a hangover so I got dressed and ready on my own. She would not wake till 11:00 so I would play dolls and watch cartoons all morning. Because of this, I missed about 30% of grades K-3. In 3ed grade me and my dad and stepmom learned of my moms addiction. I stopped seeing my mom for a long time. During that time I discovered the joy of reading. I started later than the others so I ended up at a low reading level but once I learned to read, well, I never stopped.Stories are
There weren't any new ideas in that book that gave me new ideas for myself. There were some things that I think of myself as an idea. An idea was that I should always be grateful and respectful. In the book, even with everything that the family didn't have, they would always have each other back and care of one another. Being respectful is also a thing that the family did a lot when Bran and Britt would always respect adult especially there mother. Another idea was being truthful. In the beginning, it was only Bran that was hiding something from his sister and his mother. If he just told his mother what was happening there he wouldn't have lived in the house because it wasn't his grandparents. Even if he thought they were. Those were some ideas

The person I am interviewing for this project is my friend Richard’s mom, Mrs. Triplett. He and I have been friend since middle school, and we have an interracial friendship. He is culturally Black, and I am Vietnamese. I decide to interview his mom because I consider us to be different from each other in some key dimension. Unlike me, who am an immigrant to the United States of America, Richard’s family is native to New Orleans. His parents were born in New Orleans and they stayed in New Orleans their whole life. They been through many struggles and have seen many hurricanes. The recipe his mom decided to share with me is red beans and rice.
I would share what I learned to my family by letting them know about school. My mother plays a big role in helping me out with my daughter when it's time for me to do my school work she takes her for me because with my daughter I can't really just sit and tell her why mama needs to do school work with her being so little. When it comes to work and my boss I would honestly have to do most of my work before the deadlines just because i work full time 12 hour shifts in a factory most the time.So when working I really have to juggle work and school to even out between those hours. When it comes to sharing my learning skills with friends some don't think I learn as much with me doing online classes instead of actually being in the class.
In week one, after taking the self-evaluation, I assessed myself as an ENTJ (Extroverted –
It was finally the end of third period and everyone eagerly left class to go to lunch. I wasn't a big fan of lunch because I had no one to sit with witch made me stand out in a crowed making it easy for my tormentors to track me down. "Hey loser" someone snarls from behind me. I turn around to find myself facing Laurie, she's always picked in me for as long as I can remember no after awhile she someone found herself a boyfriend who started doing the same.
