Everyone has their own mentality to accomplish their goals and know how to accomplish them. It’s better to be realistic because that will allow you to grow and succeed faster. I rather be realistic due to the fact that I don’t want to get false hope. For example, I had tryouts for a competition dance and they were only accepting fifteen out of thirty. Consequently, my mindset was that I’ll try my best, but I know I’m not going to make it. Since one of my weaknesses is lyrical. In effect, I was being realistic;however, I put my all into the tryout. As a result, I ended up making it. To summarize, I didn’t get false hope that maybe I got in, but that tryout made me try harder and better myself. In the book “ Eleanor and Park “, a love story
I am the sort of person that is caught in the middle; yes you can be a realist but can have some sort of hope, being positive can really help you achieve your goals, but achieving your goals isn’t just going to magically appear you have to put in the effort.
Having a define description of how one desire their life should be, give them the energy to make positive effort in achieving their desired goals, but when there is a lack of a brighter view of the future it is can stand as an obstacle to resolve their present issues. Everyone want a miracle when given an opportunity, because in life there are so many challenges that can affect the desired outcome.
The fall of 2007 dawned chilly and crisp, and and sunset-colored leaves carpeted the ground. The wind whistled through the thick forest that surrounded my grandmother’s house, and inside the scent of apples seemed to permeate through every room. I was relaxing next to the fireplace, luxuriating in the warmth radiating from it like a cat curled in a spot of sunlight. My cousins were scattered around the basement in similar positions, lulled into drowsiness by the soporific effect of the nearby television. Before long the hyperactivity present in every child made its appearance, and so I slowly sat up, stretching my mouth wide into a yawn.
Seeing myself ambitious I want to strive for greatness. Being who I am and where I come from I strive for success. Knowing who you are and know the potential you have is awesome. I am a ambitious person and love to make a change.
Some people say that with dedication, persistence, and time people can accomplish any goal. Others say that people are limited in what they can accomplish and need to be realistic when setting goals.
Being realistic doesn’t mean you cannot have big dreams, it means understanding the possibilities of the outcome, and being able to accept the harsh reality. It’s better to be realistic because big dreams rarely come true.
The reasons you have goals is for you to have a happy life and a successful one at that, can you imagine a person that
I’m fairly new to the adult romance genre, and after reading a few that I adored I got a blogger friend of mine to give me some recommendations. On her list of recommendations for romances that are more rom-com was Melissa Foster’s The Real Thing. This was my first Melissa Foster book and I absolutely loved it! I’m so glad I decided to pick up this one as one of my first picks. he Real Thing takes place in a small town called Sugar Lake and features Zane and Willow who have a somewhat complicated history. I loved that they technically started out as friends and kept in touch all those years before getting together as it just made their chemistry and relationship all the more steamier and swoonier. And while the fake relationship trope was used
Whether it is my age or a certain time in my life, but I know I could achieve more. If people were to describe me, those people would say I am a realist, always thinking outside the box, thinking about the future, always trying to achieve that goal that no one else would try to
Everyone has different goals, some greater than others, but dreaming too big can often be a problem. This is why being realistic is better.
Everyone goes through a tough time on whether dreaming big or being realistic. I believe that being realistic is better because you set goals and accomplish them without being disappointed in yourself.
Life really doesn't like to tell you what's ahead; sometimes it's nice and gives you a little hint, sometimes life replays itself so at least there's some familiarity in it, but most of the time my life seems out of my control. As a fifteen year old many people would hear me say this and scoff saying I don't have 'real' problems, or I don't know what the 'real' world is like. On one hand they're right, I shouldn't know what the 'real' world is like, most fifteen year olds are thinking about what picture they Instagram is a 'real' world problem. But being the not-so-average teenager, I do know what this so called 'real' world is.
A great quantity of people who usually dream big often crash and burn after not accomplishing their dreams. Several big dreamers are more likely to take on more than they can handle, causing them to occasionally give up. Tremendous dreamers are taught to be the largest imaginative people; on the other hand, people who dream realistic tend to contribute more to society. Being realistic is more likely going to be the better choice than feeling like you unfulfilled your biggest goal.
Dreaming realistically is better than dreaming big. One reason this is so because some people are not willing to do the work. Another reason some people just cant do it. Being realistic is better than having a dream you can not reach. An average person would set a goal, but most of them are not willing to do the work. For instance am high school classroom ,5 out of 20 kids would slack off expecting to pass the class. So when they fail they will be mad with the teacher instead of themselves. This would cause them to repeat their laziness for the next semester. Therefore, dreaming big just would not cut it for the people that don't do the work.
I'm feeling ready heading into the midpoint. I am keeping up with the reading, the assignments, and homework. I think with me keeping up with all that I am staying on track and focused. I have been doing pretty well in the chapter review (which is really helpful), and quizzes', and that also helps in me staying on track.
