Fernando’s anecdote story begins with his gamer life. I was pretty much bias to playing video games because I found them fun and entertaining. When I played video games on my own, I was mediocre so I really wasn’t too good or bad on my own. My parent’s ethics on video games was that I can kill things in the game but in the real world I could not or there would be consequences. I would always infer on the lore or story of the game called Destiny to come to a conclusion of what I think the story was going to be about. It’s also where I had the audacity to explore the game’s world fully with no one to tell me what was in the game at all. When I play any type of game, I usually try not to be salient because I tend to lose focus on the game when

On the day of April 21,1999 I was born at the women’s hospital , in Colorado Springs CO. It was around 9:00 a.m. when my mother went into labor and I was then delivered at 2:42 p.m. . I weighed six pounds eight ounces. A healthy baby welcomed into my parents lives.
I prefer you start by asking me questions, so I can get in the mood because I don’t feel ready for […] I can tell you about my life and about how the whole art thing started. When I was fourteen years old I suffer an attack on my spine. When I was a boy, a draw a lot, but they were mostly school-related. I show them my work in L.A. [Los Angeles] because they liked a lot there. I lived next to a Mexican neighborhood. What was its name? “Maravilla”, it was very dangerous. The pachucos of that time lived
Interviewing someone you know may be a more easier with than someone you do not know. In this case, I interviewed my friend Matthew Guerrero. He is a sophomore here at Washburn. Matthew's background is different than mine because he is Hispanic and grew up with his married parents and his one brother. That differs from my background because I grew up with divorced parents going back and forth between the two every weekend. I also grew up a bit different because there is a total of eight kids in my family. I chose to interview Matthew because even though we both have two very different life's we are very similar. I think it is interesting how we had complete opposite lives growing up but we both are almost boy-girl version of each other and
I had the pleasure of interviewing Pedro Castillo. He is seven years old, Cuban, and is in Ms. Neer’s first grade class. Despite English he is one of the few students in his class that is above average, he is reading at a second grade level.
I just returned from an amazing vacation. I went with my family on a cruise ship for 7 days. Our ship was called Oasis of the Seas and is the second largest passenger ship created; we had 6,400 people on board. It was so big it had a full volleyball/basketball court, a mini golf course, a zipline, an ice skating rink and 21 pools/hot tubs. This isn't even half of the crazy ammenities they offer on board. They also offer shore excusions for the various countries we stopped in. This was very important to me as I had never left the country before then. The Oasis docked in Mexico, Jamacia and Haiti. More specifically we docked on the island of Cozumel in Mexico. In Cozumel we took a snorkling tour to the Palancar and Columbia reefs led by Diving Captain Carlos. It was my first time snorkling and it was amazing. The water was perfectly clear and we could see over 150 feet. We had beautiful views of coral and rock formations and well as tons of marine life. We saw 3 sea turtles, a school of young barracudas and one huge 5 foot long barrcuda that was scarred and battle
“Please mi Amor, call me Christian or Daddy as you expressed earlier. Nothing is wrong I just want to watch you when I first enter you”
“Ama, ya termine de lavar los platos.” I quickly snatch the dish rag from off of the kitchen counter and wipe my hands a couple of times before I grab a few snacks and my small-dishelved pocket book. I don’t wait for mom’s response and head out of the kitchen area and towards my room. El Preito, one of our many cats, is idly stretched out on the shaggy carpet when I enter the room. His eyes open wide as I make my way towards him. After acknowledging my presence, he slowly closes his eyes and returns to his napping state. I sit in a sort of criss-cross position next to him, and pet his small head. He doesn’t even twitch a muscle.
The individual I selected to interview for the purpose of this essay is Daniel Rivera. Daniel and I are former classmates here at BMCC. Since then, Daniel has went on become an expert in various programming languages including HTML, CSS, PYTHON, JQUERY, PHP and API’s. He has worked at such places such as Next Phase Entertainment, Basics Plus and Workbench. A typical day for Daniel includes writing and fixing code. Daniel is a Fullstack Developer, which means he is comfortable with both front end and back end developing. He works with databases, javascript, PHP, PYTHON and everything else in between. Throughout the interview he exclaimed the importance of his hard work/dedication to learning and keeping up with program languages, gave tips
My name was announced over the loud speaker “Gary Winthrop now up to bat.” I stepped into the box and took a practice swing. I starred the pitcher right in the eyes tempting him to throw me the ball. He wound up and threw me a slow curve ball that felt like it was hanging in the air forever. I took one step and took a smooth swing. The ball popped off my bat like a rocket and flew over the fence to score the winning run. All 50,000 fans in the stands went crazy. I heard my alarm clock go off, dang it was just a dream. I really didn't feel like going to school.
Running off the field I swoop up my girl, Daisy Windsor, who was cheering for me on the sidelines. We had just won our last football game of the season against the Mare Island Marines. I started thinking what my life wouldve been like if I continued on with the military field after I graduated. I couldve been one of those marines on the field. I shake the thought and focus on the beautiful girl in front of me in her cute little uniform. "Congrats Mr. Exeter," She smirked. I grabbed her hand and kissed the ring on her finger. "Thank you Mrs. soon-to-be Exeter." I met Daisy soon after I started college. We ran into eachother, literally, on the way to class on the first day. She dropped all her books on the floor and immediately dropped down to
He bought a home security system and finally a gun. It was a silver .357 with a black grip.
The officer had me answer way too many questions making that day far worse than it needed to be he made me give a description of the killer and an overall summary of what had happened.
“I met your mother on a muggy February afternoon on a short trip to the grocery store”. Sam said to his daughter, who was sitting across from him, sipping on a warm coffee.
I could see the dark mountains in the distance, as the bus raced down the road. “This will be fun April. Just because your brother fell once doesn’t mean you will.” Dad, who was sitting there quietly beside me, said to me. Mom was looking out the window, not paying much attention. We were on vacation in Colorado, and my parents talked into going white water rafting, the last thing I wanted to do.
