My best friend is Emilia Grace Lane. I have known her since kindergarten, but we never actually started talking until first grade. We weren't really close friends, we more like acquaintances, I had my group of friends and she had hers. About halfway through first grade is when we started hanging out and playing. I remember during recess we would play "Puppet" and I would basically control her by grabbing her shoulders and walking her through the schoolyard. Halfway through second grade I dropped out of school, and being the great friend she is, she dropped out with me and we homeschooled together. We had days when we did school together, but we didn't concentrate too well. It was very difficult to concentrate when you have a hilarious friend making you constantly laugh. One day when …show more content…
When she came up he was just sitting in the toilet, we eventually got him out. We spent a lot of our time at my grandma's pool. One day she brought glass dolls and we were playing with them in the bedroom. When we finished playing with them we went to go out and put them in the car. She said toss the doll in there, and I took it a little too literally. So I actually tossed the doll in the car, breaking its face. She didn't seem upset, and she didn't yell at me, but I knew she was upset. Her dad was in the military so they obviously did a lot of moving around. When she was around nine or ten they moved to Belgium, and I was super upset and mad. Three of my friends had moved all at the same time. I don't make friends very easy, so it was difficult for me. I didn't actually find another friend until 2014, and Emilia moved in 2012. Now Emilia is living in Ohio, and I wish to see her again soon someday, And even though she lives in Ohio she still is a best friend of mine. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better friend. We have been friends for nine years, and this is the story of my best friend, Emilia Grace
It wasn’t like any other swim practice, no, not like any other I’d ever gone to. No one usually moved to Minot, North Dakota that was also in swimming, so when Emily Pitcher and her family moved to town and came to practice, it was quite a shock for everyone on the team. She moved from Colorado and she had 2 younger brothers and a younger sister as well. They seemed nice enough but there was something about Emily, who was my age, which seemed a bit off.
Throughout our lives, we all make sacrifices in order to achieve our goals or to help others achieve their goals. For some, this may mean sacrificing friendships or family time, or for others it may mean sacrificing money and other dreams which may also be of great importance to us. A person who has made many sacrifices in order to achieve their aspirations or goals is someone with strength, determination and masses of will-power, and it is someone who is not prepared to give up on their dream.
This year, I have three superb friends. They inspire me to do by best at just about everything. Audrey is inspiring when it comes to Cross Country, something she’s not the best at. Katie motivating when it comes to my writing, and C.j. encourages me to do my best, and always learn more.
One of my nicest friends when I moved from Azores, Portugal to Minot, North Dakota in 2005 was Nicole Hamm. Nicole and I met at the CDC in Minot Air Force Base, in September of 2005. Ever since we met each other we have became unseperatable, until she moved to Florida in the summer of 2015 but we still talk. When we first met she was kind, and caring. There was never a day where she didn't make me laugh so hard that I was crying. When I first met her, we played 20 questions. My first question was what is your favorite color? Yet, her answer was neon purple ( not purple it had to be neon purple). As we kept playing I found that she likes to play Legos, and Minecraft with her younger brother and that she loves to watch Monster High and My
One of my best friends, Sydney Lane, is a girl who had lived in Colorado Springs, CO her whole life and when she graduated last spring, she decided to take a gap year. We had discussed our mutual interest in traveling, but we were not sure about how to find the opportunities. However, she took the initiative to become a part of multiple programs and go completely out of her comfort zone. Leading up to the day she left, she was terrified of leaving what she had been accustomed to. She left in September, afraid, and the next thing I heard she was having the best experiences of her life. Sydney blossomed from someone who survived on grilled cheese and hung out with a close group of friends, to a girl enlightened by the world- all within a few
Patience is wearing thin , the shocking moment is almost here. Then a miracle happens! A beautiful brown eyed baby is born into this world.
Before I came to Baker Middle School, I attended elementary school in Laytonsville. I had a group of friends that consisted of five people, Olivia Fink, Olivia Pallas, Mason LeBlanc, Kody Johnson, and Stefan Jacob. The Olivia’s both attend this school alongside me, but sadly the other three attends a different school. I became friends with those three because we all had common interests in multiple categories such as cartoons and humor. I still keep in touch with them, but I know we aren’t as close as we used to be. With the Olivia’s we all became best friends in the first week of Kindergarten and we still have been by each other’s side since. We became friends because we all sat next to each other on our little chairs, and talked about anything
Jane and I grew up in grade school together. She was in the class ahead of me, but her and I were still friends. My father was into politics and involved himself in whatever he could with Jane's dad. Since our fathers were away quite often, we would spend a lot of time together. Since Jane didn't have a mother, my mother would often include Jane in whatever my sisters and I were doing. We would have great talks together talking about what we wanted to do when we grew up. Even though neither one of us knew what we wanted to do, Jane was someone that always had the biggest heart for helping people. She was always talking about the stories her father told her about President Lincoln, and even though she didn't know how, she knew she wanted to be someone to make change like he did.
My best friend is Erin Bowman. We have been best friends since the 2nd grade! Funny story, when we were in kindergarden, we actually hated each other! We have been friends for around 5 or 6 years now. I used to live in Van Buren, which is where I met Erin. Unfortunately, in the 5h grade, I had to move to greenbrier. I was really really sad, because I thought this meant losing my best friend! When I told her, the first, and only, thing she said to me was; “Sophie.. That’s.. Really sad. But, I’m not worried. If we’ve come this far, there is nothing that can stop us from being friends!”. Now we call each other about everyday and talk! We also play this game called ROBLOX. It’s really fun, and we can play it together! One thing I know for sure
My best friends name is Naya Raelynn Lilly. She was born June 14th 1998. She is one of my favorite people to be with and have in my life. I met Naya the summer of 2006 when we moved into our new house in Georgia. That’s when my life changed. Everything I did she did, and everything she did I did. I was a gymnast since I was two and I wanted to continue with it. Naya never did gymnastics, but when she saw how much fun I had doing it she wanted to do it too. We went from webkinz to bikes and from bikes to cell phones. We were inseparable. The older we got the more adventures we had especially the ones we were not supposed to have. Those were the most fun. The best memory I think I have (that’s PG-13) is the time we snorted Kool-Aid. It was a

I was in 3rd grade, I didn’t have any friends.. I didn’t know a lot of people... Until I met my friend Leena. We talked a lot, She was mostly interested in My Little Pony, Which I didn’t enjoy. I liked Cartoons, but we still got along. I then started making fun of her for liking the show, I made up some stupid song about how boring the show was. Then she one day started getting back at me for it, and always called me stupid. A few weeks later I apologized and so did she, and we became friends again. She then one day got us friendship necklaces, it was a horse and inside were different colors and it would change depending on the temperature in the room. We were Neighbors, She one day came over to my house, and asked if I would like to come over to her’s. I agreed and went with her. She gave me a tour of her house and her room, we talked a lot. We both then decided to go outside and go on a walk, but then my mom came and picked me up, That was the only time we ever hung out, outside of school. In 5th grade we never stayed in touch, In 6th grade I moved, and in school, we never talked, we lost touch. It wasn’t until 7th grade when we actually saw each other again, In athletics, we ended up getting lockers right next to each other. During that time she showed me a new show that she liked, I watched it, and it ended up being really good. We kept talking and became friends again, ever since then we have become really close.
Towards the end of seventh grade everything seemed to be turning worse for me. I was a socially awkward nerd who thought humor could solve everything, even if it was not that funny. My grades were plummeting and my parents were not happy or supportive with it. My best and only friend Marco, an intelligent and funny boy, was moving to New York. On top of this I was already in a rather bad state, being a dumb nerd, not good at anything in particular, and already having not been happy the majority of my life. The two things I was happy and proud about were gone. Just as everything seemed to be depressing and looking down I began talking to her. She was a caring, helpful, and saw the best in everyone, even me. At first I had not realized it, but
On top of a difficult situation at home I was always introverted and never wanted people to talk to me; my social life was practically non existent. Despite my apprehension I eventually fell into a group of kids at school and grew close to a few of them however I never expected to find the insane idiot I call my best friend. Although we hung out with the same group of people, we never actually spoke until one day we were forced to sit together in a class. I’m not sure why I trusted her so quickly, or why she even listened to me ramble on about my problems; I guess it was obvious i needed someone to talk to. Our friendship slowly evolved into this
My best friend, Raquel Allem, and I have been best friends since we were born! Our families went to the same church growing up. Our families were very similar. We both grew up in ministry. Her dad was the a pastor and my parents were missionaries. We also had a bunch of brothers and sisters. She has eight siblings and I have nine siblings. We grew up doing pretty much everything together. We played house, sang in nursing homes and enjoyed nature together. When I was in third grade her family moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was one of the hardest things I ever had to go through. Through good times and bad times my Raquel and I always need to be working on our communication.
