There are so many people that are special in my life but some one that stands out like the one bright star in the midnight sky is my cousin, Caeley. There are many people I would write about but since Caeley and I are the same age and create this special bond that brings us so close together. Caeley has a very humorous and generous personality that will bring a smile to all faces that come upon her. When we're in a bad situation Caeley will have something to say that brings a smile back to your faces. She is like the one smiley face that's hanging out with the other depressed faces. When Caeley and I are together I known that at some point I will have a big smile on my face. It's most unlikely that Caeley and I will get bad at each other but when we do …show more content…
We were laying down for a nap but of course what four year old girls would what to take a nap? Us girls would be nothing but trouble at nap time I’ll tell you that. Deicing to play beauty shop with scissors, brushes, and all not knowing what trouble we’re getting into that time, all we wanted to do was have a little fun! Sitting in a chair in front of a big mirror getting ready for my new hair style. We don’t remember too much about who cut each of our hair but all the hair on the ground would most likely not magically reappear back on our heads. Leaving the ‘’beauty shop’’ hoping that known one would notice what we did or at least not getting into trouble as normal, but just like any other time getting into more trouble, and a real trip to the salon. Lucky for Caeley that her hair was to her shoulder leaving me with hair above my ears. I would always were this one hat to cover up the mess that I was hiding underneath. Being a good friend and not making fun of my hair was all that I would ever ask from her (and maybe don’t cut my hair so short next time, which there won’t be a next
We have both have the same interests. We are both only children. Both her and I enjoy volleyball, softball, music, and we have pretty much the same friends! Her favorite restaurant is Subway. Kailey dislikes country music, spicy foods, and scary movies. She dislikes math, and books that leave you wondering what happened. Her biggest Pet Peeve is when she can hear people chewing. Both of our favorite subjects are English and science. We like and dislike almost the same exact activities.
Walking away from everything you once knew and starting over is never a picnic. Leaving Iraq, and moving to America has impacted my life more than anything. I was only 4 years old at that time, and the only English I spoke was “excuse me, water please.” My family and I did not know it then, but our lives were going to change; we would become “Americanized”. Learning English was one of the massive changes that occurred, the way I dressed (culture), and even the way I had power to go to school and educate myself.
I, Deputy Gough received a call reference a white Ford truck driving in the Gamester trailer court all over the roadway. Upon my arrival I spoke with David Vore and Jennifer Vore. Jennifer Stated that Randy was the driver of the white Ford truck that said, “All Good Construction.” David and Jennifer both stated that they saw the truck drive through the yard hitting a slow child at play sign and the stop sign.
As we close out the 43rd game of the season, the Phillies drop to 15-28. As the pitching woes continue, it's tough to look on the bright side. It's understandable for the fans to be anxious, but it's all apart of the rebuild. I'm here to tell you to R-E-L-A-X. The team is still incredibly young and in the process of getting back to October. Maikel Franco is struggling a bit at the plate. Picking up the slack in the lineup is Tommy Joseph, who has been on absolute tear through the month of May. Cesar Hernandez has cooled off a bit but still playing some good ball. What can't I say about Aaron Altherr? He's everything you can ask for right now and then some. One thing you can look forward to is one of the most exciting
*disclaimer: bare with me... the next 5 chapters are crap because i wrote them over a year ago...chapter 19 will be the start of some great shit*
I rush into my home and run up the stairs to my room. I jump on my bed and roll over to my laptop and open it quickly. I log onto the One Direction site and see that I made it in time to see the bid. I scroll and try and find my name and I see I'm in third place for the tickets and the time is running out. I've already bid $7000 for three tickets and backstage passes. The reason it's so expensive is because these passes are the last set of passes for their concert. 5sos is also playing so we would be meeting two bands and hearing both of them play.
In 2025, I will be twenty-nine years old and hopefully married. I will be married to my significant other of ten years Earnest Palmer III, who is a dentist. I would have been recently graduating with a bachelor’s in Culinary Arts and trying to plan to open my own restaurant, BubbaD’s Eateries. Knowing my big headed husband of mine, I probably had a baby then and trying to have another baby. Hopefully, by then Earnest will get rid of the idea naming our son, King. We will be living in the suburbs near New York City but working in the city. Being a woman with great memory, I probably wrote a memoir about my crazy life and trying to sell it to a publisher. If none of the publishers wants to publish my memoir, I will probably sell it the Lifetime
Sarah is strong, athletic, and brave. She always tries her very best, whether it's at school, or a sport. She makes me want to be like her. I would not be who I am without her in my life. She is indestructible, muscular, and
Deseray is always herself. A serious person, with a beautiful personality. She is a closed person, meaning she doesn’t really open up her feelings just to anyone. She is also so trustworthy and so kind. Deseray like to gather us up, and hangout. I really wouldn’t go out if it wasn’t for her. She is funny. Deseray is my partner in crime, we have thing in common like putting nicknames to people (nice nicknames). I have shared so many memories with her. We have shared common likes and dislikes. She is honestly a fun person to be around with, just never get on her bad side, that wouldn’t be a happy
It became normal. I started to believe these names. If somebody called out, Tree, I would look around. In the barn scene, Kunta was getting ready to escape, and Fiddler was helping him after he was singing that lullaby. Kunta had asked Fiddler his name, his real name, and I have to admit, that moment was really emotional. Fiddler seemed to come to an understanding of how unbreaking Kunta was. I feel Kunta wasn’t built for a slave, his roots, his mindset, and his resilience wouldn’t allow it. This leads to him escaping, or trying to escape, many times. The first time he was bought by Samson, and the other times, he was caught by dogs. A very disappointing moment for me, because my nerves had built up while he was running, so when he was caught, I was extremely disappointed. It seemed to me, when he was escaping the second time, he was doing it not only for himself, but to Fiddler, and his family. Maybe even Jinna. At the end, where he was losing contact with his parents, was absolutely heartbreaking to me, because he is giving up. He was giving into his new identity, losing his

I cannot believe it took one person to destroy me, one person to discard all of my trust for anyone. One person to make me forget who my real friends were. One person to banish me to the deepest parts of my mind. One person to make me think that I’m not worthy of anything. One person to be so ignorant as to make me think it was all my fault. That one person, under that pretty little face is called Ashley Melgar. From here on out we’ll call her “Little A.” Little A was a curious tale of my not so great past. Boyfriend and all, I still continued to fall for her lies and manipulation. My mind was clouded and there was no way to clear my vision. In my head she was a damaged soul with a fucked up boyfriend; in reality she was a fucked up soul with
I called it the Casita, which means small house in Spanish, yet I never lived there. It was my home forty-five minutes away from home. Brightly decorated with a vibrant yellow exterior, it caught the eye of most bystanders. A dream of entrepreneurship brought my immigrant parents to the United States. Like most families, we struggled for the first few years on American soil until we were able to buy a small lot of land where we built a Venezuelan restaurant, which my family nick-named the Casita. Maturing alongside the restaurant, I was constantly exposed to my culture and the commitment needed to keep the business alive. In turn, this exposure brought me to be a more appreciative and devoted person.
Growing up with a father in the military, you move around a lot more than you would like to. I was born just east of St. Louis in a city called Shiloh in Illinois. When I was two years old my dad got the assignment to move to Hawaii. We spent seven great years in Hawaii, we had one of the greatest churches I have ever been to name New Hope. New Hope was a lot like Olivet's atmosphere, the people were always friendly and there always something to keep someone busy. I used to dance at church, I did hip-hop and interpretive dance, but you could never tell that from the way I look now.
We both have a lot in common too! For example, we both really like swimming. We have the same swim class and both complain about the teacher. We come early so we can just swim for fun. Sometimes we go to restaurants together
