On 10/29/2016, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 2340 hours I was dispatched to Fairmount towers in regards to a suspicious character. Dispatch advised there was a black female asking students for cigarettes and money. Dispatch advised she was wearing a blue sweatshirt, a hat and had camo shoes on. I arrived at the Fairmount towers commons parking lot at 2334 hours. Officer Abbey #132 also arrived at which point we saw a black female matching the description over near the air conditioning units.
I approached the black female and asked if we could speak with her for a minute. She stated she did not do anything wrong and she was on the sidewalk. I informed her we were dispatched here due to someone matching her description asking for money and cigarettes. I asked her if I could get her name so I could have her information for my report. She said please dont do that to me. I am not doing anything wrong. She said she got beat up and there was blood on the concrete. I asked her where this happened at. She pointed in the direction of the gazebo. She did not have any visible marks on her that I could see and there was no blood in the area.

On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.
On Wednesday, March 2th, 2016 at approximately 2024hours while driving a marked Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard MPD issued uniform Officer Beltran and Officer Jimenez were dispatched to 509 S. Clay st in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a subject who was later identified as Jazmine Nicole Hyder(B/F/-DOB04/30/1994). Hyder, who was standing outside the residence located in the 503 block of South Clay told Officers that she was being chased by a subject with a gun, who was later identified as Khalid Mcmaryion(B/M-DOB03/20/1996). Hyder told Officers that Mcmaryion was inside his house located in 509 South Clay byhimself.
On the afternoon of November 14, 2015 at approximately 5:07 P.M. Deputy Singleton responded to a domestic disturbance call at 4547 Old Salkahatchie Hwy in Early Branch SC. When I Deputy Singleton arrived on scene I interviewed Sheree Washington who stated that after Deputy Ayer had left the scene from the previous call that her boyfriend Christopher Williams who resides at the residence said "bitch I should kill" you then proceeded outside, and retreived a light with a piece of pipe attached to it, and then struck her in the chest. At this time Washington called dispatch, and asked for a Deputy to come back out to her residence. On 11/02/2015, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police, Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximetely 2222 hours we went to Omega Ct. to assist Sgt. Garwood since he was out on a suspicous character and another call on Omega Ct. Sgt. Garwood advised us to go to the Delta Delta Delta house at the end of the block and speak to the reporting party. I went and made contact with Julie Nolte and Dakotah Gilmore who were inside the residence. We went to a back room and closed the door.
The victim was unable to provide a possible suspect. However Nita Dobbs did state the house directly behind hers was vacant and a house nearby, 170 Palo Duro Drive was often rented out for short periods of time. Nita Dobbs stated she does wish to pursue charges. I advised Nita Dobbs this case would be forwarded to an investigator.
I, Deputy Grant told dispatch to get in contact with the Billie Joe Anderson from Casey General Store and get more information. I told them to find out the unknown woman 's name, (if known) what she was driving, whom she was with, and what she was wearing, as well as any other information the cshe could remember.
On Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2141 hours, 911 Dispatched advised I, Deputy Waldschmidt needed to make contact with Virginia L. McAdams (DOB: 07-31-1932) in regards to some suspicious activity on her property. I made contact with McAdams who stated a 3rd party person told her they saw a white male leaving her abandoned property in the 800 block of East 130th Avenue North near Peck, Sumner County, Kansas. McAdams just wanted to make Deputies aware of this since she has had trouble in the past with people going on the property and stealing her belonging. The white male was described as an older male with a beard. The male was seen running from her property to his vehicle. The vehicle was described as a blue passenger car, last seen heading eastbound.
On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.
On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.

At approximately 1116 hours I was dispatched to Corbin room 156A to take a report of a lost or stolen wallet. I was riding at this time as a two man unit with Officer Faison #116. We arrived at Corbin at 1117 hours and made contact with the reporting party.
Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the complainant who was identified as Corena Mendoza(H/F/-DOB09/01/1981). Facts: On October 13, 1995, a random caller reported to the local police department (Miami-Dade) that a young African American male was standing a bus stop and according to the caller he was carrying a gun. The call was never recorded and there is nothing known in regards to the caller. After some time two police officers responded, upon arriving at the bus stop the officers noticed three African American males. One of the individuals matched the description giving to police in regards to wearing a plaid shirt, the two officers did not see the gun or any type of “bulging” in his clothing and he did not act hostile towards the officers.
