Thank you so much for the interview opportunity and for considering me for the personal assistant position. I truly appreciate your enthusiasm and warmth during the interview, which definitely aided my confidence. Along with the interview, I was pleased that you have asked to continue our conversation on my educational goals, because as you mentioned, you are currently in the process of obtaining your doctorate. Again, thank you so much for a wonderful interview
As I left the interview, I knew I did not leave the best impression of myself to you and your interview team. Unfortunately, nerves got the best of me and did not allow me to show you my true self. I admit, I will not come into the administrative assistant position with an abundance of knowledge, but I will come to this position with strong secretarial skills and years of clerical experience. I am not opposed (and actually look forward) to taking classes that will allow me to grow and

First I would like to think you for your time while interviewing me for the paraprofessional position. It was nice getting to know you a little better no matter what the final decision is.
During my fourth year in college, I enrolled in a course called Psychology of Health Disparities. My decision to enroll in this course stemmed from my experience as a medical assistant, and my duty involved working in clinical settings low socioeconomic status individuals (SES). Even though this class met only once a week, it deeply impacted the way I viewed the public health care system. Health disparities are particularly evident in the United States health care system, mostly because of factors like SES, race, and education as well. Not only did we explore the causes of these disparities, we focused on how individuals with lower incomes were affected. In the private clinic where I worked, most individuals were under health insurance by
After assessing your overall behavior, I have identified Career Assistance Advisor to be the most beneficial special duty for your furthered development. Similarly to the Unit Safety Representative position, this special duty would allow you the freedom to make your own schedule. Again, opening you up for a structured schedule you can work study time directly into. You would meet people from all over the base and would get the chance to network with others quite a bit. This would give you a massive amount of insight as to the problems they face on a daily basis. This understanding of operational and morale shortfalls would prepare you to make the appropriate changes as a future CMSgt. As a person who is more adaptive than I am, this assignment would give you the opportunity to be in a structured environment with a ton of resources. You can take

I learned of the Office Assistant position available after browsing through Hire a Longhorn and immediately expressed interest in applying. Though I am just a freshman, I feel that I am good fit for the position since my schedule is quite flexible and I am a very passionate and hard worker.
This is in regards to the Admin/Office position posted on Craig’s List October 7, 2015. I will tell you how my qualifications would benefit your company. My experiences in administrative support were in a variety of areas. Conducting myself in a positive and professional manner with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers were essential in the positions I held, even when there were stressful situations, whether in person, by phone, or by e-mail. My organizational skills and eye for detail are areas that I was complimented for. A fast past work environment is an area that I am extremely comfortable with; in fact, I like multi-tasking. Striving to provide outstanding customer service has always been a top priority for me. A portion
I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to meet with me this morning and explaining more about the position and the responsibilities that come with being an administrative aide. Your welcoming and friendly personality eased my pre interview nervousness! Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you
I didn’t know what I was going to expect when I walked through those red doors to meet a new advisor, but little did I know I was going to uphold major responsibilities. I had a new task at hand and it wasn't only to delegate the staff members, but my advisor as well. I was going up the ladder each upcoming year. I started off as a staff member, I became an editor, and finally I was now becoming the advisor. My past experiences in yearbook, led me to take initiative when I heard the advisor ask, “Who wants to be Editor-in-Chief?”. Such an important role was going to be determined by a raise of hand. I was not only raising my hand for an editorial position, but I was raising my hand because I knew I would be willing to make sacrifices. I've always been a closed off person, so when I raised my hand I knew I had to change my way of doing things.
As i begin to wrap up my internship at the firm, I would like to thank you for this truly incredible experience. If it wasn't for you none of this would be possible. You were always by my side, coaching in resume writing, helping with interview process, revising drafts of my personal statement...You are a huge part of my success and I will be forever grateful for all your help and support in my professional career development.
It is very fascinating that you have held so many important positions throughout your life. Congratulations with all of your accomplishments. I am glad that you are considering other options for a second career. This means that you’re eager to expand your knowledge of your choice of interests. I feel you will be great at your second career of choice because not only are you already a Deputy Director of Human Resources and understand management in the industry, but understand the purpose behind many specialized fields in the department. I haven’t thought about my next choice of career, but I hope I can be able to think of one by the time I am familiar with one area of study.
