When it comes to the professional life, the stress of the manger will pass in to the employees and gradually to the organization. This pressure will have adverse effects on the company and its overall performance. Therefore it need to be managed. In the personal life also , the stress and tension in one member will gradually affect every other members and thereby damaging the happiness of the entire family. Stress management is a talent that every person should acquire and develop. It will make us prepared to face every worst situations of the life.it will have bad effects on our health and mental status also.

They also need to praise staff when appropriate and be adaptable to what is happening within the service.
To be efficient and effective in management, certain tasks must be performed by all managers. Managers must be able to plan, organize, lead, and control. Manager’s tasks are important no matter the level of the manager. Managers must be able to use and improve these skills depending on their position within the organization.
In this paper, I expect to discuss factors which lead to stress in the workplace. Are individuals stressed in the workplace? What causes stress in the workplace? Who is mostly stressed: men or women? Are individuals being exposed to stress management techniques? By recognizing stress in the workplace, employers can act appropriately to reduce stress. The outcome can benefit social and family relationships, as well as preserve ones health and make people more productive in organizations.
I agree with Kelly McGonigal, not because whatever she said, is true about stress, but I feel that situation in my life. As she said that stress can be the healthier and gives you joy and meaning of a life. Stress is a big factor in everyday life. It influences how we approach life and events. Stress is why people run tight schedules and diet regularly. The power stress has is a negative effect over our brain and our body. Many people do not understand how to cope with stress. Therefore, people suffer from physical illness due to stress. Learning is not taking place when someone undergoes stress.
Psychological stress is a result of many factors and should be dealt with very carefully. Stress can be defined as “An excess of demand made upon the adaptive capabilities of the mind and body”.(Joseph 1). Another way of putting it, is that there are some things that put certain demands on us. The effects of stress should not be limited to unpleasant emotional states. Many studies have concluded that the effects on our physical health from stress can be extremely detrimental. These adverse physical effects include heart disease and formations of cancer. There are also some societal issues that psychological stress can hamper.
