At the same time to lead a peaceful and happy personal life also, this skill is very important. When it comes to the professional life, the stress of the manger will pass in to the employees and gradually to the organization. This pressure will have adverse effects on the company and its overall performance. Therefore it need to be managed. In the personal life also , the stress and tension in one member will gradually affect every other members and thereby damaging the happiness of the entire family.
