Nutrition and coaching plan for Ella
Maintaining fitness requires that one gets the proper nutrition that can sustain their energy needs. The chosen client is Ella. She can be regarded as a low compliance, because she is new to the program and is just learning what proper nutrition is. She can prevent burnout and follow the instructions she is given by the physical instructor. She has nothing concerning medical history, but she has agreed to let her physician know she is starting an exercise and nutrition program. Her body composition assessment reveals moderate body fat.

The way forward for the client is eating on time, using better cooking methods that preserve the nutrients in the food and to cut on snacks that she eats more often (Wildman et al., 2014). I want Ella as my client not to obsess about the scale or end goal. She should focus on the individual goals by enjoying her nutrition plan that will include five tips of protein, veggies, fruit, eating complex carbohydrates only after a workout and eating every 2-4 hours to ensure she reaches her outcome goal. As a new client with lower motivation and so close to the holidays, I purpose that we have an assessment meeting every two weeks for nutrition counseling during which time we will be looking for progress and making changes to anything that isn’t working well for her. If the client changes their mind, I will use the defaulter tracing records so that they are brought for the healthy and all inclusive

There needs to be a thorough understanding of the healthcare system at the provider's site, local services, as well as an understanding of the healthcare model nationally. As a leader, the APN could help create a community exercise program and nutritional classes with healthcare professionals providing education and guidance. It would be easy for a provider to simply tell this patient to eat fewer calories and exercise more but as a leader of healthcare a full assessment of the community and its resources should be performed. There should be a full discussion with this patient to assess her availability of healthy foods, clean water and safe areas to perform exercise. If barriers are found the
I would advise my client that discipline, self-control and perseverance are the keys to maintaining a healthy body and positive mindset for the long term. I would instruct her to be conscious of her eating choices on a daily basis and to create a daily habit out of exercising (either at home or in the gym). I would remind her that resting and good sleep are also

While talking to P.W. I told her of an app that she could use for keeping track of her nutrition, which is free, and asked if I could put a 24-hour period of her food intake in on my computer and then asked if we could go over it, P.W. agreed. What we discovered came to a surprise to P.W., she believed she was doing a good job. For starters, www.supertracker.usda.gov, had P.W. on a 2000 calorie intake and P.W. went over by one thousand and sixty-three calories. We also discovered that her sodium intake, sugar, and saturated fats were too high. Being able to do a food tracker with P.W. gave me an opportunity
I struggle with binge eating. This diet recall activity made it even more clear now how much I struggle with portion control and having the will power to say no in the things I over indulge in. As a future midwife, I know counseling my patients about diet and nutrition is going to be difficult unless I change my own personal habits and then be able to share in the experience with my patients. I personally think it’s a little judgmental of me to explain the importance of a proper balanced diet when I personally struggle with it. One the other side, I will also be able to relate to my patients who do struggle with getting the right amount of nutrients needed and better understand the importance of portion control and know when to splurge every once in a while versus every
To explain, I have developed this chart to help guide me in documenting improvements in my sister's diet. Thus, having these weekly milestones and tasks, I can stay on schedule for my project plan as well as monitor her heart rate, physical speed of activities, mood/stress levels, and the intake of her daily fruits and vegetables. Accordingly, I will monitor her heart rate and speed by using my apple watch, and her mood and stress level along with her nutrient intake will be evaluated visually by myself and parents. With this intention, I can stay on track on my project plan and goals for her to consume a healthier diet so she can have a stronger lifestyle. Important to remember, this evaluation will record weekly throughout the month, but

At the outset of treatment, the patient and health care provider should discuss and agree upon goals. The goals must take into account the food habits, exercise behaviors, psychological outlook and support systems of the individual. Realistic expectations, short- and long-term, may be promoted by a discussion of a healthy weight versus an ideal body weight. Features of weight management
