Kevin Ross filed suit against Creighton University for negligence and breach of contract for their failure to properly educate him. This project is important, because students can take a class with a particular professor and fail, but when they take the same course with a different professor they can end up acing the course. It is beneficial for students to only take the course once and actually retain the information then paying for the same student to retake the course. This is also beneficial for the reputation of the university. More students will be inclined to take classes knowing that they will retain the information, thus graduating on time. Not only will this increase the graduation rates, but it will also increase interest in the school. Prospective students visit universities looking for the one that is the best fit for them. If a student knows that their educational needs will be met at Millersville University, the number of applicants may increase.
