In the story, there is a contest in school. It prevented Forest fires week. For the project, they had to make a report on forests. Leo knew that if he would do a report on Chalie of other turtles he would get to bring Charlie to school and show everyone so he could not be lonely at school anymore. When he was doing this report people were interested to learn about turtles. Leo was in shock when he heard who the winner was.
