Analysis This paper is to present my own personal organizational fit. There will be some positives and some negatives. There are many self-assessments one can locate on the web to help understand one’s preferences and skills for an organizational fit. This is my analysis of some of the attributes I currently possess. These attributes are not permanently set in stone, as people change over time so will the attributes. To be honest, some will always stay the same. Most will change with learning, on hands learning, watching others, and self-improvement. At the present moment, these are my attributes and what attributes I bring to an organization.

I enjoy helping people and feel that a company that invests in their employees is where I should be.
Positive/Negative Attributes Attributes can either be positive or negative. Attributes “means which characteristics are generally seen as good, or bad” (What does, 2017). Everyone has both positive and negative attributes. Per the DISC survey, I am strongest with steadiness at 41%. This means I bring calmness, patience, and a high willingness to help others. My lowest was in dominance, which means I am cautious and calculate risks carefully before acting. I feel that some other positive attributes I bring to an organization are dependability, open-mindedness, determination, accountability, honesty, and trustworthiness. I feel that a few of the negative attributes I bring are the lack of standing up for myself and that I put other before myself.
Communication Style Per the What 's Your Communication Style? Assessment by Mark Murphy, my communication style is personal communication. The plus of this style of communication is that I not only listen to what the person is saying, I am also paying attention to their nonverbal communication and their emotional language and connection. I am an active listener. It is easy for me to “smooth” over conflicts and disagreements. The downside to this style is that people tend to view personal communicators as the touchy-feely type. I do believe that

Communication can be adapted very easily, usually without you realising. However, the style used can make a big difference, and help build and maintain positive relationships.
Edmondson (2009) discusses four different basic communication styles. The first style is expressive which have a tendency to speak quickly, focus on the big picture, and have a high energy level. They can be perceived as unpredictable, vain, or excessively jovial. Next are systematic who tend to focus on small details, not on the larger picture, and try to avoid conflicts. Sympathetics also do not like be at odds with others. Lastly, the fourth communication style identified is directs who generally keep dialogue short and are perceived as a multitaskers. The study recommends that the individual discover her own communication style and adjust the style according to the situation.
2. Managerial. The leader who sees herself as a manager is concerned primarily with the running of the organization. Where it's going is not at issue, as long as it gets there in good shape. She may pay attention to relationships with and among staff members, but only in the service of keeping things running smoothly. Depending upon the nature and stability of the organization, her main focus may be on funding, on strengthening the organization's systems and infrastructure (policies, positions, equipment, etc.), or on making
Apocalypse Now starts with U.S. Army captain, Benjamin Willard, waiting in the room of his hotel in Saigon to receive a mission. After his tour in Vietnam, Willard is very psychologically stressed and often has hallucinations of the war, but he continues to have the need to undertake special operations missions. It is then that two special intelligence officers reach out to him. They tell him about his mission, which is to travel along the Nung River into Cambodia to end the command of Special Forces Colonel Walter Kurtz, who has apparently gone insane.
Introduction to Jude I. Jude 1:1 What is known About Jude II. Jude1:1 Who is the Letter Written to III. Jude 1:2
I communicate in many different ways, whether it be visually, orally or electronically. There are a few instances that stand out. First, through the oral and electronic means of communication. During the summers I coach a youth baseball team and I communicate with the players and their parents in many different ways. At practices where I talk and work them how to do specific drills. At games I cheer them on and give them tips to succeed. But, since most of the kids are only eleven or twelve years old I have to communicate to the parents. I usually do this through email where I tell them about upcoming games and practices. I also provide them my cell phone number so they always have a good way to reach me. Without the
It takes a lot to be a leader. It takes experience, communication, positivity, passion, and much more to be an effective leader. Communication, positivity, and passion are the three most important characteristics to me. I represent all three of these with great pride. I communicate effectively whether it be in the classroom, on
Communication for me of the verbal kind has never been a challenge, I love meeting new people, and I love talking with new people, I am a people person to say the least. My personality under pressure supersedes any negativity that is happening around me, I don’t believe that negative things should overcome the positive, and I see every situation in life as one with positivity. I am an excellent verbal communicator, especially in the work place. I must be, because I am a particular person when it comes to most things in life, not to say I am stubborn, unwilling or unable
I am originally from Puerto Rico, which is a country in which communication is an integral part of society. The cultural norm of the Puerto Rican culture is to speak up when necessary and communicate clearly if we want things to be done. At the same time, I believe that in order to produce results, the manner in which communicating takes place, is an extremely important component. My culture also showed me how the emotions used when communicating, such as the use of the hands and body language, will dictate the tone and flow of the communication. The literature suggests that the majority (as much as 76%) of the message we gibe to another person during conversations is carried by non-verbal or para-verbal communication. Thus, we must be very careful and strategic in our use o non-verbal communication (Van Acker, 1997).
Not only can the application of organizational behavior principles improve an organization's effectiveness, organizational behavior provides a manager the information and knowledge needed to manage an effective workforce (Argenti, 2002). With the advent of organizational perspectives, the analysis of why people instill their presence in an organization is not only because of self-aimed goals of growth and enhancements, but also to locate themselves in a social place in accordance to the area of their perceived belonging (Stroh, Northcraft and Neale, 2002).
The Enlightenment, otherwise called the Age of Reason, was a philosophical development that occurred essentially in Europe and, later, in North America, amid the late seventeenth and mid eighteenth century. Its members thought they were lighting up human acumen and culture after the "dim" Middle Ages. Attributes of the Enlightenment incorporate the ascent of ideas, for example, reason, freedom and the logical technique. Edification logic was distrustful of religion particularly the intense Catholic Church governments and genetic nobility. Edification theory was compelling in introducing the French and American transformations and constitutions. Edification savants were for the most part contradicted to the Catholic Church and composed religion
A vital aspect of interpersonal communication is the style in which one listens. While every individual possesses their own preferred method of listening in communication, it can be enlightening to analyze our own strengths and weaknesses so as to maximize effectual communication. Within the confines of four main listening style categories, I have chosen those which best describe my own personal listening style.
