Thank you for your consideration, and the opportunity to proceed with my graduate degree at MCLA. I understand the conditions set forth in your letter dated October 19, 2017, received on October 26, 2017. I am a reserved young woman; one that is holds positive and negative traits, respectively. I am one that is often viewed as appropriately dignified, perceptive, and attentive, yet, also quiet, aloof, and indifferent. I also realize this can come across as a lack of interest or commitment to what is before me, however, please know that it is not the case. My degree means everything to me, and I will continue to work smart and hard to obtain it from MCLA. This time I will seek guidance when appropriate. It does take me some time to open
You have applied for graduation and are working to have everything arranged to graduate in May. Please let me know if you need any help to prepare your CV, Resume, letters of recommendation, or statement/ letter of purpose
After graduation, I committed myself to learning new things and more importantly to try things that intimidated and frightened me. While doing so, I searched for and found a way to make a change in the lives of those who needed help the most. I became a career advisor for one of Washington D.C’s largest workforce development projects. I was tasked with the responsibility of teaching DC’s welfare population the essential skills needed to progress in life, and succeed in the workforce. Having overcame being a learning disabled student, and traumatic brain injury I was
I am Denise, and I peacefully reside in Columbus, Georgia I am married and have two daughters who have been a wonderful support in my ambition to obtain an MSW degree. I recently moved to Columbus, Georgia by way of Chattanooga, TN where I worked for a community based agency that provided services for the adult mental health. As a case worker, I traveled throughout the mountainous areas of Tennessee. also known as the Rolling Hills of Tennessee with san mountain and Lookout mountain being most commonly known for its steep twist and turns and where I conducted most of my visitations. In meeting individuals that resided in very rustic locations, I gained awareness of the lack of available resources for lower income individuals
Twenty-six years ago. I began the quest to find the perfect college. As I drove down the driveway of Bay Path College, I knew this was the college I was going to attend. I was drawn to the rural setting, the beautiful campus and the small academic community. My intent for life after high school was to get my associates degree, earn some money, then begin working toward my bachelor degree. In retrospect, I did not possess the confidence or drive needed to be a good student. I struggled for the next couple of years to earn my Associates degree, however was apprehensive to commit to the time or expense it would take to continue my education. After a very long break in schooling, I now approach education with a new mindset and ready to commit

I have met one of my achievements this year I completed and received my Associate in Applied Science Degree in Accounting I believe what I get by achieving my educational goals is not as important as what I become by achieving my goals, and now my short term goal is to complete my Business Management Degree and pursue my long-term goal continuing my education by attaining the Bachelor and a CPA
I grew up on a farm about 3 hours north of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul. I grew up as the oldest of 9 children, making our house a very busy place. It is there that I attended school at Menahga Public Schools, about 15 miles from our home. I graduated with about 45 students in 2014. I attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College as a Post-Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) student for my Junior and Senior Year, attaining an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, also in May of 2014. In the Fall of 2014, I attended the University of North Dakota (UND), looking to attain my Bachelors of Science. I attended UND for three years, graduating this spring with my Bachelors of Science. During my life I have held a variety of jobs, ranging from farmhand to
In August of 2012, at Grand Rapids Community College, I was placed on Academic Probation due to my cumulative GPA dropping below the 2.0 threshold. Prior to this action, I was not driven to take the action to perform well in my classes. I was lost in the options for my future and unaware of where I would end up. It was this lack of focus and drive that reflected in my performance. This was a strong turning point in my life, and after being placed on academic probation I came to appreciate the repercussions I was facing by not prioritizing my education. It was in this year that I decided on where I wanted my college career to take me. Through the influential factors I discussed in my personal statement, I had both my mind and my future set on
At this moment I entered into school using my veteran benefits to educate myself on what is the best way I can help veterans like myself. I soon realized Cambridge College had a very diverse counseling masters program that had its own avenue to work with veterans. Through out my time at Cambridge College I had the pleasure to Intern at Quincy Public Schools and Mass Bay Veterans Center to help counsel and guide these veterans and children and also do other volunteer work with disabled children in Weymouth Public Schools. All of these things I just spoke of I know makes me the most suitable veteran for this position, I have been able to enter into a masters program in counseling with a current GPA of 3.8 and I think even more so is my experiences, my good ones and the bad ones. They have made me the man I am today, the last three and half years has been the best years of my life. I have learned so much, learned how to love as I am recently married, how to not take life for
I am applying to the Walden M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. I plan to practice as a licensed professional in counseling and Higher Education. I have always wanted to be a Clinical Mental Health Psychologist, working with individuals to help improve their mental and emotional health is something that I am committed to. Starting this program now is the best time because the information that I learned from my undergrad career would help me to be more successful in my grad career by learning more but at an advanced level. Once I receive my degree I plan to go back to school to get my doctorate degree in psychology, and utilize the skills that I have learned to open my own private practice that helps individuals who suffer with mental and emotional disabilities, within my practice I plan to let each individual patient talk about their issues and come up with a strategic plan for treatment. The personal qualities that I possess are having self-confidence and the ability to work and collaborate with others having the ability to be receptive to feedback while maintaining a positive attitude.

I chose to enroll in PC to earn my AAS-T in Administrative Office Systems with an emphasis in administrative assistance in 2015. I am currently four classes away from completing my degree and I’m ready to take the next step by working towards a BAS in Applied Management. I feel it will give me a much broader understanding of the theories and practices of business and management and I know it will help me when directing my own family’s home rental business. These, however, are not my only reasons for wanting to continue my education. I am a mother of a 19-month-old son and having him has changed my life in many ways. It’s become of even greater importance for me to achieve a higher education and to set a good example for my son and any future
Thank you for your letter dated August 3, 2016 informing WEIDMANN of your decision to negotiate with another firm.
Thank you, in advance, for taking the time to read my letter and consider my request.
first of all, only those with inferiority issues feel it is necessary to judge others as viciously as you. A college degree isn't exactly the best way to gauge one's intelligence. Your snobbery is both rude and illustrates that having a college degree makes some feel superior to others. You simply make yourself look like a bitter woman that has little regard for others.
Growing up in a country where educational preferences were given to boys, my father went against the society norms and encouraged me to get higher education. Along with his guidance and my thirst for knowledge I was accepted in engineering program. I was happily pursuing my degree, when suddenly all this came to halt; my father was seriously ill. He wanted me to get married before he leaves this world. Few weeks later, I met my husband, who at the time was visiting Pakistan for his cousin’s wedding and within months I was married. I came to United States with a hope of better future and dreams of finishing my education, but was unable to do so as I was expecting our first child and had no one to help us with the baby. I dedicated myself to raise our daughter, but deep down that feeling of emptiness lingered. Life kept moving forward, we moved a few times, gradually I started to adapt to being a stay home mother of two beautiful girls. Numerous times I brought home admission forms from CCBC but started to doubt myself if I was going to be able to do restart after such a big gap? I started volunteering at my daughter’s school and was soon hired as a teacher’s helper to assist with children with special needs. While working at school, I was again in an environment that reminded and encouraged me to fulfill my lost dreams. In 2012, I enrolled at CCBC with no career path in mind: I just wanted start again! Once I started I never looked back and I will continue to thrive.
