I believe Murakami is one of the best leaders in The Samurai’s Tale when compared to Wada Kansuke, and Lord Akiyama due to his caring, trustworthy, and loyal ways. The reason why I think Murakami is better because he shows many skills and he likes to go all out and doesn’t hesitate much on things he thinks he should do or not to do. Lord Akiyama is a good leader because he gives good orders and people listen to them. Murakami and Wada Kansuke are mostly the same because of their personality and because they have honor, and they are reliable. Lord Akiyama is merciful and he is kind to other people and he favorites Murakami the most. Wada Kansuke is a wise, kind, and smart leader, but he is not as caring as Murakami. Murakami always listens to the commands he is given. The comparison between the three characters are very similar and their personalities are too. Murakami helps other people when they are hurt and some leaders that are in the story don’t do that. I think he is better than Wada Kansuke because he is willing to do more things like curing others and asking people if they need help. “May I bandage your wound?”(Pg 115) is a good example that shows that Murakami cares for other people even if he doesn’t know them. He is a good character to …show more content…
But Lord Akiyama knows what’s best for Murakami. I think Lord Akiyama is better than some other leaders like Lord Obu because Akiyama has greater abilities and Lord Obu doesn’t give much mercy and in my opinion, I think Lord Akiyama has better orders or strategic plans for things than Lord Obu. I don’t think Lord Akiyama is better than Togan because Togan is more wise and he also taught Murakami before Lord Akiyama and Murakami kept those memories ever since he passed away. Togan’s personality is better than Lord Akiyama he also thinks faster then some other people. Togan is not as skilled as Lord Akiyama but he at least knows what to

The Samurai’s Tale is about a young boy named Taro, who had became the hero of the story. The main characters in the story was Lord Akiyama, Lord Takeda Shingen, and Togan. This story took place in Japan around the 16th century. The story began with Taro, Murakami Harutomo, arguing with his mother about what she had been telling him to wear for an event that was going to happen without him knowing about. Later that day Taro saw that soldiers came attacking his house, his mother leaving him with Yone in a chest trying to keep them safe in a storehouse that had laid behind the house. A soldier then found them both and took them out of the chest, then as they walked out of the store hold, he found his mother on the ground dead. A plot twist that
Many people in history did great things. United State presidents for example, did everything for their country. Even though their are good leaders, some are cruel. In Egypt, a pharaoh could execute a person for no reason. A good leader needs the traits of leadership, intelligence, discipline, and integrity. One specific leader in ancient Greece was Alexander the Great. Alexander did not belong in the category of “the greats”
"The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things." Ronald Reagan, former USA President. Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things, to set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about where you need to go to win as a team or an organization, to achieve goals. The similarities between Luma Mufleh and Patrick Awuah are they are both leaders in what they do and they are both immigrants.

Leadership is the most important quality for the head of any nation, or any other political leader. To be a good leader, you must have many attributes that qualify you for such a huge responsibility. There are good crisis leaders who would fail in a period of "calm." What is clear, is that leadership is a complicated concept. We have consistently found that good leaders have passion and values, confidence yet humility, knowledge and realism; Having these attributes and the ability to use them and develop them in others is the foundation for reaching goals and being successful in a leadership position. Henry David Thoreau and Niccolo Machiavelli are two men who have influenced some of the most influential people in the world, as the two were writing to different audiences, it 's easy to see why their ideologies might clash or unite; Henry Thoreau and Niccolo Machiavelli both use an abundant amount of rhetorical strategies in both of their stories, including ethos, pathos, and logos; both of the stories also have their fair share of differences.
We can agree that every leader is unique in their own way, given that their individual traits are what qualify them as leaders in their own way. This being said certain characteristics might cause you to be a exceptional/average/bad leader. In addition to your personal abilities, there are many external factors that influence your management.
“The perfect blossom is a rare thing. You could spend your life looking for one, and it would not be a wasted life” (Zwick). These are the words of Katsumoto, an important samurai warrior. We all hope to have, and understand, the characteristics that an amazing leader possesses. There are many great leaders, spread throughout our history. Malcolm X, George Washington, and Martin Luther King Jr. are just a few people who were blessed with what it takes to step up and become true leaders. By example, some of the other fantastic qualities of leadership also make up two remarkable people: Nelson Mandela and Suleiman the Magnificent. They exhibited many leadership-like characteristics, like them being feared yet admired by their people, or people from other countries, or the fact that they were also very intelligent, and tactical.
Leadership is something that people are born with. It is an inherent charm and it doesn’t hide even if you want to hide it. There is a leader amongst us and he or she is the one that leads other people to great things by inspiring and motivating people to do good deeds. Leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”. This way a leader can decide what work goes in and goes out. Good leaders in history have left a mark in walks of life. But great leaders, they’re different. Great leaders have the ability to make each and every individual re-think their life decisions and choices by
In my opinion, the best leader would be one that enjoys being the leader, is anyways there when I need him or her, sets tangible milestones, always believes that I can do everything, is optimistic, gets everyone involved, wants everyone to be successful, and lastly is courageous and brave. All these
