Introduction
Multinational companies are playing something new and introduced a new role in local and globalization, thus, the rising numbers to achieve and strive from emerging companies in world market. It also defines to accomplish goals in organisational, local, and international management, thus, to be able to success the weakness and strength of the company must recognize to determine their capabilities before the management can proceed to international. It is very important for the multinational companies to increase the product life cycle for growing capabilities and to expand from domestic to globalization. However, many of multinational companies will be facing different dilemmas and obstacles towards to international market. Additionally, many countries have different approach towards to business market. In fact, when domestic company moving to global economy they need to involve in organizational learning and adjust to cooperate well with people and market.
Multinational company must find the best idea and decision making between centralized and decentralized while they employ control and coordination (Zhang, M., & Edwards C. 2017). The permanent task that all multinational companies facing is the control and coordination of international subsidiaries regardless of what country they are from such as Europe, Japan, US, China and everywhere. Initially, they developed and study the market and cultures of different countries before entering the global market.
The substantial part of the article concentrates on the way companies and their managers should embrace contemporary multinational market. The author claims: “Adaptation strategies are better suited to opportunities opened by the shift in the locus of teh global growth. (..)Western markets must compete in big emerging markets like China and India. But they can;t forcé their way in.” That is why, it is critical to pay careful attention to political, economic, or cultural diversity. Ghemawat is skilled in giving pieces of advice to those who underestimate the importance of countries differences and similarities. He also says: “I propose that every MBA gradúate – and presumably every global manager – have a mínimum body of globalization related knowledge, including (..)an understading of how differences between countries can influence cross-border interactions; awareness of the benefits of teh additional cross-border integration’.
Typically, a multinational corporation develops new products in its native country and manufactures them abroad, often in Third World nations, thus gaining trade advantages and economies of labor and materials. Almost all the largest multinational firms are American, Japanese, or West European. A multinational corporation houses other offices and factories in different countries and regions (Investopedia.,2014). In addition, these corporations tend to have a centralized office where global management is carried out. Becoming a multinational corporation has the advantages of vertical and horizontal economies of scale as well increased market share due to the increased outputs (Investopedia.,2014). To contrast these corporations can be portrayed as entities that seek political and economic control. While this perception is not always the case it does occasionally occur because big businesses can impact the countries they are in.
Transnational organizations also have flexible and ever-changing structures. Their managers incorporate innovation and strategies for the corporation as a whole. Unification and coordination goals are achieved by corporate culture, shared values, vision, and management style. It offers a high level of differentiation, while ensuring that a global organization can coordinate activities and transfer knowledge across various functional areas and geographies (Daft, 2010).
In the business industry, if businesses want to export their goods and services to other countries, they must become familiar with and adopt international and global strategies. Consequently, there are three types of international and global business strategies. The first type is international, which entails conducting a significant amount of activities outside the home country, yet its focus remains on the home market (Fung, 2014). The second type is multinational, which consists of operating in multiple countries, yet the headquarters is in its home country, not to mention that the competitive advantage will vary by country (Fung, 2014). The third and final type is global, which is when the organization treats the whole world as one market and one source of supply, not to mention, that its competitive advantage is contingent of common brands, standardized products, and global scale production (Fung,

The typical multinational corporation or MNC normally functions with a headquarters that is based in one country, while other facilities are based in locations in other countries. In some circles, a multinational corporation is referred to as a multinational enterprise or a transnational corporation .

These companies are so powerful that they turn out to be power centers that can manipulate the host countries and even international organizations and at times the affairs in its home country.
The rapid development of economy promotes the development of multinational companies, which have become a general form rather than a special form of a company. Multinational companies carry a lot of money, production technology, management expertise and sales channels to expand their business around the world.
