From being born and raised in louisville Kentucky, to being a world heavyweight boxing champion, Muhammad Ali has led an amazing life. Muhammad Ali has had many hardships and struggles, and fought to overcome them to become not only a heavyweight boxing champion, but also a great role model. Ali has had many amazing moments as a star of the olympic boxing team, but he was set back when people made fun of his color as a kid. Muhammed Ali has had many honors throughout his spectacular career, and he also leads a fascinating life off the ring. From his childhood to his heavyweight boxing champion career, Muhammed Ali demonstrated to us all that he could overcome any obstacle, and come back even stronger.

Ali’s first wife was, Sonji Roi wich he married in 1964; they divorced after a year because she refused to adopt the nation of islam. Ali got married to his second wife, 17 year old Belinda Boyd, in 1967. Ali and Boyd had four children: Maryum, born in 1969; Jamillah and Liban, both born in 1970; and Muhammad Ali Jr. born in 1972. Ali and Boyd divorced in 1976. Veronica Porche, Muhammad Ali’s third wife got married to him in 1977. Ali and Veronica had two daughters together including Laila Ali who followed her father's footsteps by becoming a champion boxer. Ali got married to his fourth and final wife Yolanda ("Lonnie") in 1986. They had known each other since they were six. Both of their mother where best friends and grew up on the same street, which lead to their amazing relationship. They remained married until Muhammad Ali’s death and had one child together
