There are many different types of racing, however the more popular types are NASCAR and Formula One racing. These two racing styles share a common goal, and that is to cross the finish line in first place. Even with this common goal there are many differences between the two. The culture, rules and regulations, and the races.
The particular community I consider to be affiliated with is the local dirt track race car community. Dirt track racing is a sport in which race cars perform on a dirt or clay surfaced oval track. There are various race car classes that range from Hornets which are considered the least expensive all the way up to the Modified, which is the most expensive class of race car to run on the race track. I personally identify myself to be included in such a community due to the fact that ever since I was the age of four, my father took up the sport of racing Modified’s every weekend from March to October, and this is ultimately how I was introduced to the race track family (community). At the age of six my brother was very intrigued by the sport of racing and convinced my father to allow him to follow in his footsteps, and also pursue the love and dedication for the sport.

The other type, supercross is where riders are in an indoor track. The track is tight. There are triples about 60 – 75 feet long. A triple is three piles of dirt in a row packed smoothly. The first is a takeoff, which launches the rider in the air. The middle is there for safety or in case amateur riders cannot jump the whole distance. The last is the landing. This is where the riders land. Also, in supercross there are sections called whoops. A whoop section is piles of dirt about 3 ½ feet tall, and some are about 4 feet deep. You are supposed to skim over them with your front tire up and only your back touching. These in my opinion are the hardest. Because your body is being thrown around and it is all that you can do to stay on the bike, you go back and fourth as fast as you can blink.
Juries specifically in the United States serve a very large political significance. Majority of the time they determine the fate of those on trial. Juries are used to protect the rights of the people and work hand in hand with the judge to determine the outcome of cases to the best of their ability. Working hand in hand means the Judge determines what laws are applied to each specific case, while the jury works to decide on the facts. Jurors are held to a high degree due to the fact they must focus on fact, remain impartial, and be honest. Very much power is given to juries in the court of law which in turn shows that large political significance juries hold. While juries hold a large significance politically, one of arguably their strongest weapons is the use of jury nullification. Jury nullification refers to right of juries to nullify, or refuse to apply law in criminal cases despite facts that support a finding that the law was violated. It is an extremely powerful component of law because a defendant could have all the facts and evidence pointing to their guilt, but if the jury feels a certain way about a law or situation, then they have the right to pass on all the facts presented and acquit a defendant that in most cases would be found guilty. Also they could use if they found a specific law being applied to the defendant as an unjust law or the way a law is applied. But largely in the past, specifically during the Jim Crow era, it was used as a way to acquit those

When someone says the word immigration, what comes to your mind? Some that came to a country when they aren’t really supposed to be there? A person that leaves their country to go to a new? From place to place? Although that is partly true, it’s not the whole truth. They have many reasons to come here, like wars and inequality. If they are going through this, then why do our peers in America discriminate them. If we were in their shoes, would we want more problems?
F.At the beginning of the economic miracle, the motorcycle had lost its significance as a means of transport. People had finally come round to the idea of wanting a roof over their heads during their journeys. BMW reacted quickly and surprised the world in 1955 with an unusual vehicle concept. Although it was initially looked upon as something of a curiosity, the BMW Isetta with its one-cylinder motorcycle engine quickly established itself on the market. The economic Motocoupè, based on the Italian Iso construction, became a much-loved top seller in the golden 50s.
One of the bigger problems in the World that was occuring more than 50 years ago and still is today, is racism. Racism is when a person or several people assume someone’s standings based on their race, Many times it is even used to make jokes. “Victims” of racism have to live with stereotyping just based on the color of their skin. These people have to deal with people assuming all sorts of things about them, things including their level of education, employment, what they do on their free time, or even their innocence in the court of law. Anyone can racially profile someone, but with this it means that anyone can racially profile you. Racism is not just based on one certain race it spans across many different races.
