Moralistic Therapeutic Deism Intro: The Illusion in Christianity today. The Lost Generation believing they are living in righteousness with god. The present Christian views that are negligent to the facts that god has given us through his words. Now and days not just people but Christians take it for what it is. What I mean when I say, “take it for what it is” that we are carless to acknowledge what we are being taught or learning. Now for some odd reason we have this instinct to accept what we have been told. You can stay and listen to your pastor every Sunday, yes you can be involved in the community. History: Researching into the history of WWII How this trauma created “The Great Depression” and “The Baby Boomers” inspired me to acknowledge how we can come together and help one another. Now and days we watch others struggle and either ignore or may have the resources but don’t encourage others to grow from their problems. During those times of 1929-1940 being that not just one person was effected but the entire country. Family, Friends, and Loved ones came together to concur struggle. Population was decreasing and homes were destroyed. The government had created organizations to help families in need. If the government was able to help the country as a whole, grow from poverty. What made the government change today with selfishness? “Economic activity in the united states declined from the middle of 1929 through the first few months of 1933.
