The modern world is inconceivable without the latest digital technologies and the Internet, which got into all spheres of our life, including education. The World Wide Web gives great opportunities for a development of education: distance learning, access to a large number of information. The Internet got into education, as it is everywhere today. It is unlikely there will be a person who did not hear at least once in life about the World Wide Web. Thus, launching of information technologies to the studying process finds new property and quality of the social mechanism providing social development. Also obvious plus is the possibility of transfer and acquisition of pedagogical experience, methodical and educational literature on means of information technologies (Chetty).
