Minecraft Server Analysis

Previous experience as being a staff member: I have helped out with thirty or less servers they all have a small community, I have had Administrator on three (Hard working and solving bugs, Helping others too), On a couple of other servers (V.I.A) The Legendary Forest, I have been given Moderator and Builder. (EDIT: I have only worked with seven-teen servers, Sorry)

I never start another task without finishing the other to the best of my ability. I work hard in everything I do. I strive to be the best person I can be, improving myself in my academic and school life, social life, sports life, and gaming life. I am also very good at adjusting to somebody's skill level. If someone needs help with a math problem, I can help them. If someone needs help teleporting to their base, or their rank or item hasn't registered yet, I can assist them. If someone is new to the server, I can help welcome them in the hub, and give them guidance on their way to becoming a legend on the server, or even if they are only looking through servers and I help them, and if they enjoy their experience, they can tell their friends, and you can have a new twenty to thirty players. First impressions are very important to me. When I joined the server a player was being racist to me through /m, and bluejeanstogo helped me by warning the player or some other form of "scolding" or punishment, and I knew that this was the server for me. You should choose me because not only will I make a good first impression on new players, but I will continue to keep up the same attitude, helping people the whole time I am a member of the staff team. Previous experience as staff: I have been staff on many servers so grab some popcorn cause this is going to be long... I joined EbueHCF around map 5 for map five the server wasn't very professional to my liking alot of the staff members abused and didn't do there job correctly. Alot of the staff members were young kids they weren't very mature. They had four owners from what I know therefore I decided to leave the staff team. I was a staff manager on SunriseHCF this server was a smaller server that averaged 10-15 players this server was kinda like the other server I had to keep demoting young men

When someone has a question, I can give them the right information. I am very dedicated to this server. I know that being a staff member is a big responsibility and I think I am finally ready to take that opportunity. I also know the server and the forums pretty well. I help new people and watch the chat. Because I am active so much, there would always be at least one staff member in the lobby when they are needed. I could be in the lobby during I am active and make sure everything is going well. I always ask how people are doing, to make sure they are ok. I believe i would make a difference on this server because of my history helping on other servers. I have heard a lot of positive feedback on servers saying I am good at helping and that they love the work that I am doing. I believe I can make a big difference on the server and help out the staff as they are doing a great job

Staff handle things fast and it all around seems like a happy staff-team to be apart. I have been wanting be staff again because I miss the old days of being staff on other server's and just handling things correctly and doing my job. I never abuse which is always a common issue with some servers but doesn't seem to be a major one on this server. I do watch 2 of the server's youtuber's which is the Owner and MackemYT which is an old friend of mines ''I am zak mackem if you are reading this'' sorry but I had to say that. Anyway's this server seems like a good place for me to handle my staff duties on and play on basically. I like to make my applications original so if somethings arent things you hear on the daily it's because i'm diffrent yea i'm diffrent. I honestly think being apart of the team I can help out a lot of people because I am usually in the teamspeak at all times and on the server when I can be on the server. I know being staff is a lot of responsibility and there is some drama involved at some points but I do not like to get my self into the drama I rather just continue working and trying to get those promotions! Being staff can be difficult some times because of the amount of issues that go on at once but I can help out with that along with

With my past experience at being staff I know how to communicate with other people on an advanced level, I always understand people and why they did a certain thing. I will never leave something unsolved, If there was an incident I will make sure that it solved or is passed to higher staff members if necessary, and not just that I'm a very caring person I know when to Be a joker or to be serious I would take my job very Professional I don't know if I'm the only one but I find being a staff member very fun I love banning hackers helping players I would love to become part of the Faithful Staff team! I can be so active for the staff team that I can pretty much ban 95% of the hackers that everyone screams about. I am also active in the morning for my time (GMT). I think that I have a lot of experience in hackers, screen sharing, commands and dealing with a mass amount of players. I know how to deal with everyone on an HCF server, deal with hackers and that stuff. I don't have very much to say. I am applying because I see a missing space in the staff

I believe that I am an appropriate candidate for the staff team, because I know how to asses and address a countless number of situations due to experience on a moderately successful server. I believe that, when a parent allows their child to access the multitude of ItsJerryAndHarry servers, that they feel safe knowing that their child will be protected from anything that may come their way negatively. Each and every individual on this server should be able to move about this server at their own discretion, and not fear harassment or criticism from fellow players. I want to keep this a friendly community, because when it comes down to it, Minecraft is a game to come and have fun with your friends. I want to keep this belief alive, and aid in making this server, one that the masses will enjoy. I tend to listen to positions of authority as soon as the command is issued, and put my very best towards it. Contrary though, just like everybody else, I am only human, and on many things can fall short of what has been expected of me. I use opportunities like this to help me grow, and let it stand as a learning experience on how to adjust myself, so that I may do it the correct way the first time when the next opportunity

Ok, let's get started. I want to become a staff member simply because I love to help people. I sometimes see people asking questions that unfortunately do not get answered. I strive to help people in need, whether if it is help for a command, information on the server, or in need of a staff member. I do my best even when I have limited power and impact on the players. With having a lot of experience with owning and being staff on servers under my belt, I will carry that over to this server and help you guys out! Personally, I think my leadership and decision making skills are great and can benefit the server in many ways. While striving to be a role model to the players, I do not cuss, swear, refer to inappropriate things. I have ways of interrogation for when I think members are hacking/modding and have crafty ways of "tricking" them into admission of hacking!

One of the biggest turning points in my life took place in 7th grade playing the popular computer game, Minecraft. Yes, Minecraft, the pixely game about blocks. In 7th grade Minecraft was very popular among me and my peers. We would all create our worlds and build and share them with each other. We would spend hours at a time staring at our screens, completely absorbed into our virtual kingdoms. We had not however, used the online multiplayer system yet and we decided to try it. There was 100’s of people on these Minecraft servers all creating, destroying, building, and fighting together in one Minecraft world. My friends were not a fan of multiplayer as many of the players were more skilled at the game and rather rude. I enjoyed the challenge

I would like to become a staff of this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but... There are bad sides to this... There are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a helper and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an unpleasent place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever (which it already is). I also, as mentioned before, have a LOT of experience screen sharing people and I think that there are not currently enough staff on this great server. There are also few staff on-line in my time zone, meaning that hackers can get away with hacking during English day time, and I wish to fix this by becoming staff and helping out.
