The goal of any organization and the administrators of these organizations is to be efficient, effective and economical. In order to achieve these goals an organization must be successful at many things. However, the three most significant commonalities within a successful organization is an organizational structure that is optimal for their individual agency, the effectiveness of the leaders of the organization, and most importantly, the employees and what motivates them to achieve success in their role within the agency.
