I think that in today’s world when things become uncertain and sudden changes occur that are caused by the economy, or a high job turn over rate, or technological changes, from the environment and outside factors, it can be quit challenging for a manager. A manager in today’s business place, no matter what industry they work in, they will need to have a passion for what they are doing and their role as a manager. Managers will need to find that passion to learning the environment they are in and adjust to their new surrounding changes. Any ambiguity needs to be handled with adaptation. Managers will find they need to change their way of thinking in the changing environment and their viewpoints on the job will need some restructuring. Sometimes they need to challenge themselves to see if even they are flexible in changing with the environment and what are some areas of their management styles that they need to work on that will reach the budget goals and outcome needed by the different areas inside the business they manage.
This is a question about how I feel about having a manager’s responsibility, and although I am not a manager, I answer it with the idea of how managers in general need to think or may need to feel about their position when changes or threats from the environment come at them. This is how I would handle it or try to grow with it, if I were in a manager’s position with these types of responsibilities in the midst of the uncertainty. If I were in a

This threatens Mary’s hold over Frado as hers and so she tales to taunting and abuse as in order to assert her stake as Frado’s master and owner. Later, Mary “tak[es] a large carving knife… hurl[s] it, in her rage, at the defenceless [Frado]” (Wilson 64). This scene signals another situation in which Frado’s flesh is hungered after. When Frado shows resistance to Mary’s will, Mary hurls the knife at her to carve a piece out of Frado as if to show her ownership of her that she may as she pleases take pieces of Frado.

In any industry that is subject to constant change, the managers who are responsible for the ongoing effective operation of their workforce
Managers have to bring changes into a company because some of the old ways of doing order or working with employees need to change. The manager responsibility is to make sure the changes which the company is implementing are done at a right pace and all the employees know the reason for the change. Some people at an organization are use to one way and not want to settle for anything they are not use to. It is up to the manager to change the minds of the individuals who do not want to make the change. The manager has to show the older way of the company is in need of change and if they do not change, it
2. Employees will exercise self-direction and self-control if they are committed to objectives. External control and the threat of punishment are not the only means to make employees to work towards objectives.
Leadership is critical when executing a strategic change initiative. By differentiating leadership and management, leadership styles and the key factors of change we can better understand what should be done to successfully lead change. Success is not obtained through leadership alone but by developing a group of individuals from all levels of the organization who work together as a team. . (Leban and Stone, 2007)
Clearly life for any manager in any business is turning out to be progressively troublesome and complex. In spite of the fact that there are numerous elements adding to this, the majority of the weight settles on basic leadership progressively hazardous. Associations find them selves working in a progressively complex environment. Changes in government strategy and privatization add to this unpredictability.

Managers are expected to do a multitude of things. A manager has to be a visionary and adaptive to meet the current demands of what is required of them at all level
I knew that management was something I was mentally programed for from a young age. May of 2000 was the summer going into my sophomore year of high school and I was venturing into my first tax-paying job at Sonic. I liked the structure it had, compared to the odd summer jobs I had been picking up in the past. From the ripe age of 16, I had already began the process of evaluating personnel, process’s for improvements, and trying to create a safer work environment for myself and those around me. With the start of my senior year quickly approaching, I was already balancing sports, grades, college applications, and now my employer was asking me to step up from a shift leader to assistant manager. I always had the thoughts, if I were the manager I would do this or I would do that. The same thoughts everyone else was having, except I wasn’t saying unrealistic comments like; we would have two-hour lunches and I wouldn’t make anyone work Friday nights. I was looking at how personnel were used and how their strengths were not being maximized. I was critiquing the processes that had been in place well before I came around, that had never been questioned. I was young and had big plans for my future that didn’t include anything to do with management. At the time, I never knew I was starting to develop skill sets that would help me reach goals in my current career.

The management style of leaders will influence on organizational climate, and the organizational climate has significant effect on organizational performance which is profit of enterprise.
