There is one reason why many American love our country and our freedom that comes within our politics way of life. But times are changing as we speak, we use to have freedom in many things, but now we are losing those same freedoms today. Our country was built on our freedom and that is why our “Bill of rights” was written. We have to take back what have been lost in our society, politics, and lifestyle. Without our freedom here in our country, which we call the “land of the free.” We are nothing more than just our neighboring countries that have one dictator “Tyranny”
Freedom is for everyone because they all have it. Freedom plays a big role in many lives like making their own business or homes and buying properties of their own. They can choose where they live or choose where they want to make a home and they can choose who they want to marry and they can choose what they want they to work as or what their company or specialty is.
America is often thought of as one of the freest nations in the world. Throughout history, America has fought to provide its citizens with as much freedom as possible. From declaring independence from Britain to fighting a civil war to free the slaves to, more recently, passing a law to allow gay marriage, America’s mission statement has always seemed to speak of liberty. No matter what riots break out, what issues they protest, American citizens always know deep down that this country is the best place to be; hearing about places like North Korea and China is a nearly constant reminder of this. Tragic tales from other nations are also a constant reminder to the American government that they have a responsibility to keep freedom alive, not only for the citizens of our nation, but for people all over the world.
The United States has struggled with the ideal of freedom throughout history including the 21st century. Nothing is more foundational to Americans as individuals and as a nation than freedom. Freedom, known as liberty, is embedded in our history and everyday life. American freedom has been represented by statues, fleeing from slave masters, and the rights to vote. Freedom has never been a fixed concept, it has been a tenacious conflict in American history. American freedom has been debates, disagreements, and struggles rather than a evolutionary record towards a predestined goal. It has been a battle ground throughout history, found on the proposition that liberty is a right of all human race, the United States deprived many people of freedom .
Regarding liberty, there is great mistake within the America. There is a two kind of freedom, natural and civil. Natural freedom is naturally shared between mans and animals. Man could do whatever they want even if it is a freedom to evil as well as to good. This liberty don’t get along and it is inconsistent with authority, and can not endure the least restraint of the most simply authority. The exercising and keeping of this natural freedom makes men grow evil, and in time to be greater worse than brute animals. That is the notable enemy of reality and peace, that wild beast, which all of the ordinances of God are bent in opposition to, to restrain and subdue it.
Americans have an epidemic in which we become familiar and numb to the blessings we call ours. We as Americans have a tendency to adjust our ways of thinking and become neutral to a situation when we feel comfortable and safe. Although this can be beneficial in some ways, it is dangerous for American citizens to become lukewarm. Our military men and women risk their lives every day to secure our freedoms, land, and lives. We here at home can search back through our history and study what brought this great nation forth and use that knowledge to ensure our freedoms inside of our country.
Freedom is without a doubt the core tenet of American society. It is even built into the nation’s anthem, “o’er the land of the free and the home of the brave. Most countries claim to be a land of freedom but America takes the cake in terms of popular opinion. America’s particular brand of freedom is something that has been in a constant state of evolution since the days of the revolution. Freedom in North America has also evolved over the centuries of colonization beginning with Columbus. By looking at US history, beginning with Columbus’ landing and the subsequent Spanish colonization, through British colonialism to the birth of America and beyond, we can see that freedom has changed depending on who is in power over the land. This is important because each ruler has influenced the next in terms of what freedom was and who had it. Freedom, as an idea, will always be changing and evolving. It will always change in terms of who gets to experience it. It will always change in terms of how much freedom one gets to experience. America was built on the idea of freedom. What it has done with that hard won freedom is a whole other story. Americans today get to experience freedom supposedly at its best. Whether this is true or not again is a whole other story. By examining history, historians can get a clear view of what American freedom is and how it has evolved to its present state today.

It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it once was like in the United States where men were free” -Ronald Reagan. I agree with this statement because in order for the people to be free, now, later, and always, we must fight for it. We do this in many ways. For example, we fight in the military, army, and navy. In return, we receive freedom. If we decided we weren’t going to fight for what we believe in and what we want, it could all disappear. It is up to us.
The people of this great country should be incredibly thankful for the freedoms and opportunities we have been afforded because many individuals that we have had the privilege of knowing and many individuals that we haven’t had the honor of knowing have all sacrificed their lives to protect our freedoms. Due in part to this great sacrifice, America can and is considered to be a country with a great sense of equality, opportunity, and freedom. The United States of America as stated before is a country were individuals that reside in this country are able to do things they want to do and be who they want to be which in essence is one of the fundamental pillars that this great country was founded on.
Many people come to America to pursue their dream of freedom. Whether it is the freedom of religion, speech, or enterprise, it is freedom. Ronald Reagan states that “Our Constitution is a document in which ‘We the People’ tell the government what it is allowed to do. ‘We the People’ are free.” What he means by this is, We the people states freedom, which means America is Free. Later in his speech, Reagan also once addressed, that America is freedom, but we have to do a better job at getting it across. He said freedom is special and rare so we need to protect it. Our former President stated that America is freedom, but we do not do a good job at showing that. Another one of our Former Presidents also talked about this dream of Freedom. This time it was Barack Obama. He expressed back in 2007, “...
Prior to 1650, the majority of Africans lived a relatively peaceful life in which they were able to enjoy their freedom. However, their lives rapidly changed when Europeans arrived in their homeland. The early sixteen hundreds was the beginning of slavery and the end of freedom for many Africans. Getting shipped into a new country against your will would certainly be a traumatic and painful adjustment. The Africans had to overcome unfathomable obstacles just to survive the journey to America. Slavery was just gaining popularity in this time period, seeing as newly founded colonials in America were looking for labor to assist in farming and building. This time period was all about discovering new beginnings. For example, the time it took to figure out religion for the country. Religion itself is a major aspect in everyone’s life. All in all, the status of the Africans coming to America at this time was a big deal because it was the start of slavery and a drastic lifestyle change for many African without knowing what is in store for them.

Many ideas are important within the American culture, but to the American sense of patriotism, freedom is most fundamental. The idea of freedom is central to the American politics – which is at times referred to as liberty. Since the birth of the nation, freedom has been the vocabulary of the American language and its importance cannot be underestimated. The Declaration of Independence, for instance, ranks liberty as an inalienable right. On the other hand, the Constitution reckons that it purposes to protect civilians’ liberty. The importance of freedom has even stretched further than the political arena and has prompted the birth of civil rights movements and other activist protests. The Cold War and the Civil War were all for the cause of freedom. The importance that Americans attach to freedom can also be demonstrated from the erection of statues, banishment of slavery, use of liberty poles and a right to vote for adults. For many years, women and the African Americans have for a long time fought against denial and infringement of their freedom . However, given the importance that Americans affiliate to freedom in the conceptualization of their country, it has been the subject of modifications over the course of years especially before the Revolutionary War.

Roosevelt once said, “We, and all others who believe in freedom as deeply as we do, would rather die on our feet than live on our knees.” Statements like this stir up a feeling of passion and pride in the hearts of Americans for all our privileges. Freedom has obviously always been a desire encrypted deep within our minds. We demand ourselves to be the highest priority and the liberty to do what we please to be of utmost importance. We have fought desperately to obtain the freedom we have, and much blood has been shed for its cause. America is known around the world for its emphasis on freedom and liberty for all, and what a flattering reputation that is.
“Daniel wake up my son”, father stated. This is it the last day of freedom. Although every time I went back to the graveyard the vampire wasn't there. Smuggling books in secret are now my specialty, although my father became suspicious of some of his beloved books missing. About three months had passed since that day the vampire bit me, and I was getting extremely bored, but ahead of me was the worst part, I would be required to go to school. I would generate a diverse plan so I could eat without people noticing my odd behavior. I would inquire the teacher if I can go to the library every other day, and from the library I would ordinarily smuggle books in my bag to eat for lunch.
