In the instant action, there is no colorable argument that fewer than all Plaintiffs cannot be compelled to arbitrate. Indeed, Plaintiffs—by their own account—all function interchangeably; thus critically undermining their claim that the arbitration provision cannot be enforced against all of them. (Dk. 1, pp. 1 n.1, at 7-9 (“Plaintiffs will be referred to collectively as “XALT” . . . “XALT and HK conduct Critical Negotiations”). Moreover, all the Plaintiffs participated in intricate trans-pacific negotiations, and all the Plaintiffs were intended to benefit from the agreement. While the quantum of evidence necessary to establish the consent required to enforce an arbitration under 9 U.S.C. § 202 is exceedingly minimal. The degree of involvement—as

Round face and cheek, big eyes, nose, and downturned lip are placed in close to center like infant face, and almond shape eye are characteristics that seen in both male stone statues. In Art 101, we have been studying various art works but our group was intrigued by chapter twenty. This chapter is about the history between the eighteenth century and nineteenth century. We discuss the classical look for paintings and architecture. We also see how they develop through the following years. I find it most appealing with how many cultures created such art I will explain later. With European culture increasing with ideas, it created the art world we have today. There are three specific paintings I studied in chapter twenty that I enjoyed the most.
For my project I propose to continue on with my practice,I believe I use an unusual tecknique and I use playdough to paint with. My aim for this project is too make many playdough works, I love the colour of the playdough. This technique is like mixing paint so it can transform into a cloud of colours makes when it mixes by doing this I need to gather material like wood to roll the playdough on the board. This piece creates an oil painting or is like a monet painting My topic is how does playdough can be a kind of therapy for this project I have first started reading the book outsider art by Colin Rhodes. Playdough is a unique material; I understand artist such as Henry Hudson uses plasticine in his work where he depicts a scene.
On Painting by Leon Alberti is, in essence, a book of guidelines for novice painters. Alberti explains that since paintings are meant to represent things that are seen, they need also be approached this way. In his theory, he breaks up the way of painting into three important components circumscription, composition, and the reception of light. Within these three are guidelines for the portrayal of subjects, spaces and emotion.
The recreation of The Spilt Avocado Painting I viewed online is what I chose to recreate because the image captured my eye due to the shadows that appear from the top light within the painting. While looking at the painting you can see yourself staring in the direction the reflecting shadows from the top light. The sources of the light coming from the left of the avocado forces the shadow to overlap on top of the other slice, which ultimately draws the observer’s attention to the colour of the avocado. Although you might notice the colour of the avocado at first, the shadows indicate a calming mood due to the placement of the light. Additionally, the shadow is showing the direction of light, which is coming from which effects the shade of green the avocado might appear. This
The oil painting “Atalanta and Meleager” was painted by Peter Paul Rubens in 1616. The painting depicts a story from Metamorphoses from Ovid and the painting is in the Baroque art style. “Atalanta and Meleager” depicts the story of Meleager gifting a boar’s head to Atalanta. Meleager is depicted as the man on the right looking at the virgin Atalanta, the woman with the boar’s head on her lap. Meleager is the son of King Oneous of Claydon and Althaea.
This painting takes place in a concentration camp called Buchenwald. The first thing I notice is the man standing to the right. He is behind a fence and is looking straight ahead. He is extremely skinny and his cheeks are very hollow. His eyes are a key feature because they make the man look frightened and angry. His jacket is dark and not zipped up. Behind him and to the right is another man who is a little darker and doesn't catch your eye as much. He has a dark had on and a dark jacket. To the left of the men taking up the rest of the space is a group of very underweight men. They are so skinny that you can see every bone in their body. Most of the men are shirtless besides a few. Everyone in this picture is behind a fence that looks like barbed wire. Behind them and to the right is a building that looks like a really old house. The colors used make the whole scene a very dark and dreary place. It is a lot of dark blues and greys and black. However, the man in the front’s eyes are green which draws your attention to them even more.
To begin with, Alberti explains why painting is “worthy of all our attention and study,”(60) seeing as learning it might seem a difficult and tedious
