Reporting party (RP) stated that when resident Nancy Leonard (DOB: 1/14/26) moved in the facility on 7/28/14. Resident's husband, Dick Leonard, was told that the facility that the facility was in the process of "deep cleaning" and that the facility would possibly be fumigated. Facility accepted resident and placed her clothing in a bag and sealed it. RP stated that the facility had an outbreak of scabies. Resident was visited by her primary care physician, Dr. Rudich, who prescribed cream for the resident. RP stated that the facility failed to quarantine the residents and allowed visitors to enter the facility. RP stated that the family was not notified that there was an outbreak of scabies. I am Mrs. Joan B. Dawson, the wife (50 years) of Warren Hope Dawson. Also, I am a 15 years retired teacher from the Hillsborough County School System . Prior to my retirement my service of 40-plus years to the Hillsborough county school system afforded me the opportunity to serve under the principalship Glenda Midili, Jean Leone’; Caroline Hill; Ara Couvel (deceased) and Lamar Hammer.

I wish to talk about an organization which is currently in operation, and whose internal structures and staffs I have been very familiar with for the past twenty-six years. The organization is called Builders for the Family and Youth (BFFY). BFFY is a nonprofit organization which is owned by Catholic Charity. The organization owns several facilities which are homes to different population of people. Some facilities house a Mentally Ill Homeless (MIH) population; while other facilities house a Mentally Ill Chemical Abuser (MICA) population. Each facility owned by BFFY has its own Administrator. Each of BFFY's facilities provide specific services to its population. All of BFF's facilities have two specific goals in common, and they are:

On Saturday, July 16, 2016, Little Rock Police Officers responded to 2013 Fair Park Blvd on a call of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Valerie Waits, who stated that her daughter, Tekoah Dorsey, was have a "mental breakdown" and trying to harm her child, one year old, Isaac Marshall Dale. Ms. Waits stated that she heard Ms. Dorsey screaming while she was in the living room. Ms. Waits stated that once she made it into the living room, she observed Ms. Dorsey holding Isaac Dale by one of his legs and one of his arms and she was "swinging him around like a pillow". These values are exemplified in numerous ways but specifically have been shown with the creation of educational institutions, orphanages, and their selflessness during the civil war.

Agnes Home was formed in 1912, two years before the Home itself opened by the Sisters of Mercy.  They were a small group of dedicated women who were inspired by the Sisters and worked very closely with them through the years.  They said “if the Sisters would mother the babies, the Guild would mother the Home.”  The 4-story West Hartford Home opened with 50 homeless and motherless babies, eventually accommodating 200 children.  The long history of the Home together with the Guild is a rich one filled with many poignant and faith filled stories, which should be told as it stands alone as a model of a cause that has endured for almost 100 years, yet it still fills and urgent need

Florence Nightingales model and Nola Pender theory to community and public health nursing is found to be useful for the improvement of family functioning and the goal to promote healthy communities. Florence Nightingales model and Nola Pender theory are very useful for advanced practice nurses, especially when we are taking care of our patients. The purpose of this paper is to explore how utilizing Nightingales model and Pender theory as the foundation of care and how it can improve health outcomes, nurse-patient interaction and healthcare experience provided to patients and their families by an advanced practice nurse.

Incorporated within the Elizabeth Fry Society are various goals the organization strives to achieve. The organization strives to increase public awareness, of not only the issues affecting women in society, but to promote that the organization exists, and is available to assist women, children, and families who are in need (Canadian Association of Elizabeth Fry Society, 2013). In addition, the

National Women Of Achievement is an organization to help youths reach their full potential. This is a non profit organization that is in states nationwide. For this essay our main area that we focused on was the communication of the organization. Communication is major area when evaluating how an organization runs. With effective communication the organization would be able to achieve its highest goal.
