My Evaluation of the Lehigh Valley Laser Tag Gia Fevrier, Laura Sarria and I chose to evaluate the Lehigh Valley Laser Tag also known as LVLT. We decided to review this place because we wanted to do something different from the rest of our class. Most students chose restaurants and hiking trails, we wanted to stand out and have fun while doing a school project. We didn’t expect to get an experience that we will haunt us for the rest of our lives.
Research: Before the Experience LVLT seemed like the most logical choice for a group of teenagers and young adults. We compared the reviews online from TripAdvisor to find the best laser tag arena near Northampton Community College. According to most reviews, LVLT didn’t just cater to young children but also families and adults. One review really convinced me

I could only see a bright empty lobby. There was horrible fluorescent lighting that can show every flaw possible. We walked inside and waited for anyone to come out and help us. Ten to fifteen minutes passed as we sat anxiously looking around the abandoned building. After a few minutes we started googling other laser tag places around the area and their closing times.
The Interior: Arcade and Snack Bar
As we waited, we walked into the arcade and snack bar area. The lighting was very dark and it was completely vacant. Laura and Gia played a couple of the games, but the games weren't in English and difficult to understand. They were upset that they paid for useless games. To occupy my time I recorded videos and took pictures of the area.

While we sat on the tables in this arcade area, an employee finally greeted us. He told us that another group was finishing their session and that he will be back to sign us up. A few minutes later a group of like 10 little girls with two adults came out drenched in sweat and
“The basement/rec room was not as nice as it appeared in the pictures (the pool table was broken, there were pieces of ceiling tiles on the floor)”
The annual Matthew Flinders Market day took place on Sunday the 23rd August, however this year due to a decline of student interest; no rides were included in this year Market Day. The Laser tag stall, run by our year 11 BCT class was put in place in an attempt to gain students interest in a fun and inclusive way. (FIRST SLIDE) The main objectives of the Laser tag stall was to attempt to gain students (in particular Senior Students) interest, and have them hopefully participate in the stall – bringing money into the stall so that it would make a reasonable profit. (SECOND SLIDE) As stated earlier, the Year 11 BCT class managed the Laser Tag stall. The stall was a game of Laser tag, as that is a very popular and inclusive game, which any age
We’re going to go around the room and introduce ourselves. I want everybody to give us your name and how you know Carmon. I’ll go first! My name is Tara and I’m Carmon’s best friend and the Godmother.” One by one everybody did as I instructed. After everybody finished introducing themselves, I started the first game. I passed out a multi colored folder that was pink and blue with the games inside and a pencil. I instructed for them to pull out the first game.
Web/Facebook: Occidental College presents “3RD LA” a series of conversations about L.A.’s past, present, and future. In its third year, the “3RD LA” program features a wide range conversations with Mayor Eric Garcetti and debates on the city’s slow growth movement and the fate of scarce open space. GOLD METROPOLITAN MEDIA is excited to work with Occidental College year after year to promote the “3RD LA” event.
Liberty’s accelerating growth is largely fueled by its booming online education program, which has more than doubled since 2009. In April, 2012 Liberty Online hit 75,000 students enrolled. In May that number climbed to 78,000 thus a 3,000 monthly enrollment Increase. Based on current growth projections in 5 years or by 2019 LUO will have a student enrollment of over 275,000. Liberty’s online growth is primarily derived from word-of-mouth referrals, from its international recognition and reputation, as a result of Liberty’s low cost tuition and the LUO website.
In the film it shows the “lightsabers” are a blade of “light” but it actually is a blade of plasma so they would really be a plasma sword! If lightsabers are being built in the futcher I believe they will be the second strongest thing on the planet they could cut thru the hardest of materials with 1,600,000,000 joules of energy the only thing stronger is a nuke with 41,800,000,000,000,000 joules of energy”no jedi can block that without the force”. But the lightsabers would be plasma swords and would pass thru one another so the lightsaber duels are a fantasy but we can still make them and some more problems if you make one now it might cause cancer and will burn you but if we fix that and make the plasma molecules stay together no matter what we could get the lightsaber duels and no burning or risk of cancer and that would be awesome.
The back generators were dead and the only way to disable them was by destroying them. “Everyone stay calm, eyes sharp, and look for the exit door!” I screamed. The officers seemed to have the message, this is a matter of life or death. I started walking around, but my eyes could not see anything, but the silhouettes of my people.
The video Caine's Arcade, which depicts the story of a curious and creative nine year old boy who spent his summer building a cardboard arcade, is a great example of the potential of today's youth and the perseverance and optimism that allows dreams to flourish. What speaks most to me about the video is the fact that Caine remained completely committed to his arcade, despite the fact that he had no customers to begin with and none of his fellow classmates at school believed he even operated his own arcade.
I slowly opened the door and as I walked in I could feel a few heads turn and look at me. The room was dimly lit, with dark walls, much unlike the rest of the ice rink, as the rest was very well lit and bright. I scanned the room for a seat, and I found a small one between two guys I didn't know. I actually didn't know a single kid in the room. The nerves began to set in, deeper than before. As I put my gear on I looked around the room at the different bags the kids had, to see if they already had Little Caps bags or if they had bags from other AAA teams. Unfortunately, most of the kids already had Little Caps or bags from other AAA teams, indicating that they were pretty good at hockey, which meant a lot of competition for getting on this
The Department of Defense invested over two billion dollars in laser weaponry in the early 1980s. Their reasoning behind the investment was laser weaponry is a high speed destructive beam that is less vulnerable to electric countermeasures and, in theory, is cheaper than firing tactical missiles. Depending on the type of laser, the types of missions will vary, such as, antipersonal lasers should theoretically “cook” soldiers with a microwave beam and cause flash blindness. Laser weaponry will attack electro-optical sensors by overloading its associated electronics to damage components successfully. Beam weapons will be built into ships, fighter planes or cargo planes if proven successful in laboratory testings. Hecht concludes discussion of

Nothing particular stuck out at me at first, I gazed around, from table to table, and only noticed the general routines you would expect to find at any mall food court. Employee’s meeting on their lunch breaks, stay at home mom’s getting a quick bite at chik-fil-a as they drag their children along to the next errand, and the elderly in no hurry to get anywhere specific. It was the same mundane routine through the course of the first hour, it
It all started with the desire to feel the adrenaline rush of urban explorations. Going into the unknown was not only thrilling, but it made you feel “cool”. All of the teens and young adults were doing it to seek adventure. On June 6, 2015 the abandoned structure I explored was the Bunge Midway Elevator in Minneapolis.
Walking to the building where it was we walked through this playground and the building seemed to be a little inconspicuous so that reinsured my thought that there wouldn’t be many people. There was also an awfully small parking lot that would fit about seven cars. When I arrived in this space I realize how enormous it was and questioned myself “Are we really going to need all of this space?” As people started to arrive I was able to see all the different types of attire that people would wear to contra dance. I also got to see how many people were
After we were assigned a table, we searched through the menu for the perfect meal. The interior of the place was homey and warm. The atmosphere excited and joyful. As we waited for our meals we talked about everything that had been going on. I told them about the weird
