My background includes serving as a customer service associate within many different environments. I'm excited to be writing you about the opportunites in your claims department. I've worked closely with insurance representatives and found their function to be key in facilitating coverage for those in need. Liberty Mutual has impressed me with its altruistic pursuits on a very personal level, by aiding myself and other volunteer fire fighters in the prevention of fires in my community, (Chewelah, Wa). As i've researched further into LM's contribution report, I've found that LM truely values giving back and it shines true through its tremendous employees/corporate donations. This inspired my goal- to use the tool of my experience to become a pillar, not only in my team, but as a support for those in need.

Concerning your answer to LA1Q1, I agree with you that a sole proprietorship would be the best choice. However, I disagree with your statement that “once he starts, Owen cannot bring others into the business”. That is true to the extent that bringing partners in will end the sole proprietorship, but he is free to transition his business into a partnership (The legal and ethical environment of business, 2014, pg. 352). I believe that many businesses grow and evolve over time and over the life of a business may have various business organizational structures.

Progressive’s fast paced and multi-tasking environment is an element in a job that I am always looking for. That combined with the opportunity to utilize my exemplary customer service skills is what immediately drew me into this position. I love helping other people and maintaining a positive environment both in the workspace and when interacting with customers.
She most recently worked for PNC as a Teller Supervisor. While she worked at PNC she held a couple different titles and lot of different responsibilities. She would process loans, answer questions, train new employees, resolved issues, and helped out the Spanish speaking clients. She unfortunately was let go from PNC a few weeks ago. They had been investigating an employee and anyone who had helped with her transactions was let go. She ultimately got caught up in the wrong place at the wrong time.
First of all, Latisha needs to be able to speak up and advocate for her students by getting a group of colleagues who share the same concerns. The children need to be able to have a safe environment not risking their health. I say risking their health because they can easily hurt due to the chairs and tables needing repair. Who’s to say that the furniture won't break when a child is using it? She also needs to advocate her beliefs so her students can get them the same education as the students'' at Valley View Ranch. The Students need up to date books so they can challenge their brains. If the students are getting fed with old information rather than up to date data they will fall behind in their education. Latisha and her colleagues also
